My TV remote wasn't working and the living room TV didn't even work but over all was amazing

The furniture looked shabby and the one chair provided was wobbly and not very clean. The bed seemed clean however I woke up in the morning covered in bites on my arms. Bedbugs!!!!!

The location to Rogers Stadium. Amazing to be able to walk there and back. The bathroom and towels were very clean

Had to travel back down to the lobby for ice - would be great to have more ice machines available. Decor is a little dated (but not offensive). Surprising to have to keep track of a physical key to get into our room!

Room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was an event at the nearby Rogers Stadium, but the parking situation was monitored with clear directions.

Free breakfast was poor (bagel, jam, coffee, banana- but no cheese or meats etc.). It would be embarrassing to ask for payment, so understand why it was free !!

Very convenient for ColdPlay concert at Roger’s Stadium and free car parking. Booked room was not available at check in time, so we got a free upgrade to an “apartment-style” room with 2 bedrooms - that was nice.

External signage indicating entrance needs to be more visible. Please note there is no fridge or microwave in room and needs to be requested beforehand.

The description of the room states that there is one large bed however when we checked in, we had two double beds instead. We were just happy to be checking in, but wish the description of the room was accurate.

The continental breakfast was very basic. I only found out on the last day that it was possible to request eggs. A small sign or note would have been helpful.

Good value for the price. The room (a large and clean studio) was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and sink. While the furnishings were a bit dated, everything was functional and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located, close to both a bus stop and a metro station. Nevertheless, it still takes about 50 minutes to reach Downtown Toronto. The city tax increased after I booked through Booking.com, but the hotel honored the original rate, which I appreciated.

The lobby was on the 2nd floor. A little confusing. There were a lot of men standing around the entrance. We were two females travelling together.

Breakfast needed a protein. I did see people ordering eggs but at least hard boiled eggs or yogurt should be included.

Checking inn reception was a bit “rough”.

Our first room had issues, hair in one of the beds & mattresse was stained several places & both beds were very worked out. The service maid was amazing in getting us another a newly renovated room and making sure we were taken care of and ok! The breakfast customer service was excellent as was the room service maid.

The property appeared quite clean in public places, but the hotel room’s bedding was apparently reused without changing it. The previous guest had eaten in the bed and left rice and brown gravy stains on the sheets. Had it not been the rice on the bed with the gravy, they would have lost a guest forever!

Acceptable stay, but with a little more attention to guest comfort, it could have been a great stay! The highly polished floors were lovely.

It wasn't very clean. Our toilet seat didn't fit our toilet causing me to fall in almost every time I went to use it. It wasn't very sound proof, the fight in our hallway at 5:30 in the morning was not a fun way to wake up. The staff claimed we could try to check in early upon arrival only to be told when we arrived we weren't allowed to try until 2:45 which lead to a HUGE line up. The old keys for the doors didn't work very well. The continental breakfast was horrible. For the price we paid for one night I expected a little more and was quite disappointed.
