Rooms and amenities decors are a little outdated, which might be a turn off for certain people. This is not something we put much attention to, but believe it's important to mention it as it may be a point of contention for others who make it part of their decision making.

Very welcoming little motel. The owner was on location when we arrived and right away him and his daughter were very personable and courteous. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Bottom line, like in the title of my review, we needed a place to sleep that was clean and comfortable, and this little motel delivered to our expectations and at very reasonable price.

We stayed to attend a concert at Le Zenith, which was only 6km away. It was a basic hotel, but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

the air conditioner was noisy

There was a coffee offered, however there is need to include a breakfast facility, or ensure that the restaurant has a minimum standby staffs for breakfast facility, because my stay was over the weekend and Sunday the restaurant start late.

No hot water after 1 person bath. Water tank in the room is small, not enough for another person to shower after the first.

One downside was the charge for WiFi. I didn’t ask what it was and didn’t require it, but it is something I think many would need.

Very quiet and comfortable. Lovely courtyard for reading outside. Excellent location- a 5 minute walk to where my daughter was playing in the Nationals for Field Lacrosse. Easy access to the rooms from the parking lot. Good size fridge and room was very large. Excellent stay and very affordable for those on a budget.

the manager was super friendly and accommodating. When we arrived to our room we needed to change due to my husbands scent allergies (the room had just been cleaned .... not a bad thing). He went out of his way to find us another room that was more aired out. There was no attitude just concern for my husbands health.

Stayed there for many years when visiting home. Alas, it will be my last time the place seems to have not aged well, from when we stayed there 5 yrs ago

the location is ideal for the place I go when visiting home. Additionally with a DUNNs right there it made my life east to get my smoked meat sandwich, which I cannot get where I live.

Rude staff, unclean room. When my partner went to the front desk regarding the TV not working in the room, the clerk told him rudely, not her fault that he could not work a remote. When we returned at night, we were shushed by the front desk clerk for talking to each other as we walked to our room. Later that same night, we had to call 911 as we were threatened by 6 staff. Would not recommend this Motel to anyone. We first went to the wrong Hotel and we were told not to stay there. I wish we had listened.

Parking was OK.. that’s all I can say was Good/ok

Worst place to stay. Owner is Rude. Cops were at the motel multiple times, for the owner Pushing other clients/tenants. Rooms were ugly, filthy. Full of mold, Bugs. DO NOT RECCOMEND. AVOID!!!!!! Will Scam you and try to Convince you to Not Book (Via Booking/ saying it will be cheaper, BUT ITS NOT! ) 0 STARS IF I Could
