Felt a bit isolated with very few guests on our second night but that made it very private. No one was there to meet us for check in. It would be nice if propane was included.

Great location near Bon Echo where we went hiking and canoeing. The facility has kayaks as well. Cottage was comfortable and very clean. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Liked the fire pit near the water. The owner was very responsive by phone.

Houses are located near very noisy road. Dangerous walk and you can hear cars all the time. Especially garden view cottage. We were 3 families so we were able to experience 3 different cottages . Lakeview cottage is probably the nicest. It's further from the road and has a beautiful lake view. Although cottages have all necessary, they all look quite run down and feels like all of them could use different improvements. Stairs of the Lakeview cottage are dangerous and broken in some places. Our friend fall when he was walking. Difficult parking near Riverview cottage. Mike new about the problem before we came but for some reason didn't fix it. There is a big parking lot on the other side of the road, but it's very inconvenient to unload the car there.

Mike was accommodating, check in and out were fast. Although there are 6 cottages on the property, almost all of them have its own privacy and you barely can see other guests. Lots of water activities included in the stay. You can fish as well. Great variety of board games and video tapes. Big pool and jacuzzi that all guests can use. Fully equipped kitchen including oil! Towels and soap in the bathroom are a nice bonus. The place is super close to beautiful Bon Echo conservation park. So worth visiting. To summarize. All previous reviews are true. There are improvements that can be done and I've mentioned them. Overall very nice stay. We were 3 families in 3 different cottages.

The bed was not great. It lacked support in the middle and it bent downward making sleeping in it not great. It was also pretty noisy every time someone moved.

The area is gorgeous and the view from the cottage was great. The food truck is very good as well and the owner was very nice and welcoming. The pool, the kayaks were also great.

Bad and Mattress needs to be changed, they aren’t in good shape. Bunk bed made squeaky noises and mattress gave most of us body pain.

The Garden view room is not so good. They have tried to fit in beds and bunk beds, and the bed room hardly cools despite putting on the AC (since the AC is at the main room entrance and the cool air doesn't have any scope to reach the bedroom) The BBQ was in very bad shape and you wouldn't think of using it at all.

Location was great Property had great amenities like pool, hot tub, kayaks and canoes for use, board games volleyball, badminton etc. The cutlery provided was good. The owner is very helpful and provides good recommendations.

There were hydro towers in full visibility all around the property. The hot tub wasn't hot. There were broken steps and picnic tables, and the deck was tipping into the lake. The sound of trucks from the roadside cabins (all except Lakeview). The pedal boat steering was broken and we had to be rescued from the current carrying us over the waterfall.

There was a Great Blue Heron perched on a rock in the small waterfalls, appearing to be meditating. Very calming effect! The trampoline and pool were enjoyed by the kids.

There was nobody for us to ask anything or even show us the property, we had to figure it out by ourselves. The place was not worth the money we paid. There was no Air conditioning which made us very difficult to sleep at night.

Supreme location. Great amenities, hot tub, pool table, fire pits, beach, swimming pool and the lovely soft sounds of rapids. It's my new favorite holiday Villa.

Facilities were run down and tired. Patio furniture was dirty and worn, picnic tables were broken. Shower was barely functional, no towel racks in cabin, couch was broken, paths were overgrown.

Loved the waterfalls, the view at riverview. Kayaking on Marble Lake, pool and Hot Tub. Mike was helpful, very responsive to our requests. He did the best he could.
