Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed / pillow was a little firm but that’s just personal preference.
Really well thought out set up for the rooms with nice little touches like cups for your tooth brushes. quiet location. Good air conditioning. Near little local shops and a cafe and a restaurant. Helpful staff.

Don’t like the soft check in as I didn’t receive the email advising of this protocol . Would suggest that the owners put up a solid fence near Unit 1 to reduce road noise
Location in town very good. Clean, fresh and well appointed. A/C quiet and effective.

The fluorescent lighting And found out the coffee machine and hair dryer should not be run at the same time, it will blow the breaker

coffee and tea were both poor
did not have a breakfast, coffee and tea were not good, but luckily across the street we had an excellent coffee and breakfast sandwich (will definitely stop there again when next in Penticton)

Everything was good.
The location was perfect for the little village of Naramata. We walked to the store, coffee shop, and the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. We had car trouble and the manager was there to help right away!

I would've liked a room not next to the street.
Since the season was over, I didn't get to experience Naramata in its full glory. I also just stayed for two nights, so I didn't have a lot of time to explore. But the 'hotel' is a perfect spot for Naramata. Great room, perfect location. The check-in is easy and the staff is helpful and easy to reach when needed.

A lovely design with attention to detail, sparkling clean and a super smooth self check-in process. Location is also awesome, 5-min walk from the beach and just across the street from a lovely breakfast place. It’s obvious that the owners care about the place and the guest experience!

The suites were newly done, very clean, and the bed comfortable. The room is quite small but good enough for one night. We could hear a few people but the place was quiet by 10 PM. We love the village and right across the street is the Grape Leaf cafe which offers fantastic takeout food. The breakfast sandwiches were excellent and carried us through until dinner time.

The units are quite small. Make sure you book a suite and not just a room like we got by mistake.
The staff were very accomodating and she went out of her way to help us. The locked garage provided secure storage for our E bikes. AC worked well and was quiet.

The chairs in the small living room were funky but awkward and uncomfortable.
Cute but small unit. Upgraded with everything one needed. Air conditioner was welcomed and quiet. Bed was small but so was bedroom. No cable tv but access to streaming sites like Disney, Tubi and Netflix ( if you had an account. ) Small units but cozy and cute. Well equipped small kitchenette. Older motel but nicely renovated.

One thing we didn’t get was, 2 enormous size chairs, taking 50% of the small room space. They are useless and make small room even smaller.
Location is perfect. Everything is clean and looks new. No bad smells or odour . Simple and practical.

The AC unit needed cooperation and alignment of settings from other rooms in order to work. Wasn't independently controlled.

Nil, very very good value for money.
The location was excellent, the apartment was immaculate, and the bed was exceptionally comfy. We made the use of the facilities, were able to cook ourselves dinner, make coffee.
