Reviews of Newly Renovated Basement Suite!

The location was great with easily accessible walks, close to a park, easy access to major routes around Lethbridge. Lovely quiet suburb.The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The oven pans and fry pans are in need of replacement. The rest of the cookware was acceptable.

Good price. Nice to have a small assortment of pantry items, books, toys, games, toiletries. Very clean and comfortable.

Host was very good about emailing us as we did not have texting.

Entry and sidewalk was dark. Motion light came on but the actual key lock box was dark. p.s. We were very late entering and the big wooden gate squeaked loudly each time we opened it, as we unloaded stuff from car into the suite. Sorry. (And it swung back hitting my wife's leg... severe Ouch!)

The location was great! In a nice area, very easy to find. Sarah provided very clear instructions on where to go and how to enter the unit. It was very clean, beds and couch were very comfy! It is sp close to amenities, including Indian battle park, which is worth checking out if you go!

The ONLY thing I will say is below and it is minor but thought I would mention it 1. The shower is pretty small, I did not need to use it but I did notice the size. It Is a bit smaller than the shower in my RV. 2. The floors above seem very thin, I could hear them moving around all the time, I think it might have been a child upstairs runnning around(?) and it woke me up right at 7 am and heard it until they left just before we did.

Comfort & thoughtfully stocked. Really good value. Beds were great.

The shower was a bit small but everything else made up for it Ceiling was a bit thin but I think we had elephant children above us.

Privacy, quiet and location and pretty comfortable

The bed could have been bit softer for me. My friend liked her bed tho.

The stairs going down needed a bit better light once it was dark.

Easy to find, very reasonable cost, very comfortable beds, full kitchen for cooking family dinner, loved the spacious layout and quietness.

Shower could be upgraded to match quality of the rest of the suite, no light over the outside door and needed a light to enter the lock box code, and a juice pitcher + tea pot would have helped at the thanksgiving dinner. But it is still a great place!

There is a nice backyard that we were able to sit and relax in the sunshine after our long drive. There is an outside plug that we were permitted to plug in our hybrid to charge. Suite is nice and big and well outfitted and very clean.

We liked everything except the entrance at night was very dark. I needed to use my cell phone light to fit the key in the lock.

Plenty of space. Kitchen. Thoughtfully had condiments & spices & sauces in the cupboard for use.

The second queen bed was too soft and we rolled into each other!

This basement suite had lots of windows so it was bright. The suite was unbelievable. There were kitchen and cleaning supplies. The pantry had everyday supplies such as sugar, coffee, flour and many other things we could have used. The fridge had cream, eggs and some condiments. There were every appliance you may need. The place was very clean. Lots of towels and supplies in the bathroom. The beds were comfy. It was great to have a washer and dryer with the detergent and bounce to use.

The shower was a little small, but was manageable. The bathroom sink was a little loose so needs some caulking done.

We made our own breakfast. It was a very nice & comfortable suite. We loved the suite
