The best experience in Niagara Falls! It’s in a strategic location to reach all the main tourist attractions. Very quiet, with parking available, and what truly makes this place special is the kindness of its owners. They are also very organized; cleanliness is impeccable, the place is decorated like a dream, and the breakfast is extremely complete. We truly appreciate their attentiveness and will always remember this stay. The WEGO station is just 100 meters away and runs every 10 minutes. Although we walked both to and from the cruise (1.7 km), it was a very pleasant walk.

My room was listed as having a hot tub, but I think there was some language issue at play because staff indicated there was a tub in the bathroom and seemed a little confused when I asked about it. It wasn't a big deal for us, just a minor confusion, but others might want to know.

The room was small but cozy, and very clean. The B&B is in an older house with lovely wood flooring and atmosphere, with a pretty garden and quiet location. I enjoyed the breakfasts, which were made individually and presented with care - not a cheap cold buffet here! The wifi was reliable through a couple of professional virtual meetings. I enjoyed my stay and would return in the future!

Toilet did not flush toilet paper and the shower was very small for a tall person.

Very good location in a quieter part of town with good connections being very close to the bus stop. Also extremely clean and tidy rooms.

The host was the kindest, always paying attention to all the questions and requests that I had. The room was big enough, with a lot of security. The house and the rooms have security codes that make the house safer. It was pretty close to everything, from the Niagara Parks tours and also from Niagara-on-the-Lake. We really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was delicious, we had our questions because we never tried an oriental breakfast before but was really good.

The only negative of our stay was that we struggled to keep the room cool with the air con.

The cooked breakfasts were delicious and the host was very accommodating when we asked to have our favourite again. The host was very responsive and helpful for all of our requests, and the location was ideal for exploring all that Niagara has to offer.

Quiet location. Easy to get to and back downtown. Parking included. Room had everything you would need; ensuite bath, fridge and microwave. Comfortable common living room. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Staff very friendly. Shoes come off at the door so slippers would be good, although there are some available at the door. Would definitely stay again:)

The breakfast was amazing! I loved the host, the asian couple was super friendly. When I couldn't enter into my room, they quickly came within 3 mins to help me out. They are also responsive via chat replying almost immediately. The room is exactly like the pictures, no surprises. My mom and I enjoyed the experience

Everything was fine .. no issues with anything.

As I mentioned to the owner that I'd be leaving for the airport early - before breakfast time - he prepared a lovely carton of food to take with me. The ambiance and decor is beautiful. I would definitely like to stay if back again.

Everything is good. If you don't have a car, you might need to walk a bit due to the distance from the Falls and other attractions.

A great place to stay with friends. We booked a total of 3 rooms, and they were all clean and worth the money. The interior is aesthetic and awesome. You will like the overall decoration, which adds to the cozy and comfortable environment. The neighborhood is quiet and lively at the same time.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, with snow-white sheets and soft and comfortable quilts, pillows and towels that are all pure white and spotless, the old English-style decoration is particularly warm and comfortable, a quiet community, spacious parking lot and free parking, after checking out, the landlord agreed to let us park the car here until 5 pm, we have more time to travel around, we saved a lot of parking fees, self-service coffee and Chinese tea, everything is so perfect, my companions and I had a great time, if there is a chance, we will come here again and pass it on to my friends.
