Small and lost power for an hour

Very nice place ! The view was simply stunning and so close to everything

The condo was in great condition and very clean. We had everything that we needed and the instructions and communication was great. Our hosts were quick to answer questions and we loved the condo! Thank you so much Kim and Antoine!

Conveniently located walking distance to the village. View of the marina was a nice addition to the charm of the place.

We needed extra towels. Had to use the same one for the entire week. The washroom did not offer much storage/shelving to accommodate our toiletries.

Very clean, well equipped, wonderful location. The owners were quick to respond and attentive to our questions. Easy self check in. The condo is beautiful and the photos are all accurate.

Would have rated as excellent, except for two things: 1) Strong odor of laundry soap or dryer sheets that permeated every fabric in the condo. 2) For folks over 60 like us, it was hard to find a comfortable place to sit.

The location is good for the solar eclipse event.

We are having a reunion with our daughter and her Canadian best friend for the solar eclipse. We would not complain about the condo as it is situated beside the Mogol river with a serene environment. The neighbours are all friendly and the experience is excellent, highlighted by the amazing solar eclipse. We have been traveling around the world these 15 years, mostly via Booking.com. Everything was good and we found this cond quite up to standard for a short stay. Everything is great until then when we received an unexpected statement from the host that we left the cond in an 'terrible state' and they claimed for an extra cleaning charge of Canadian dollar 30 for the 'terrible state'. I will show the photos later. We CANNOT take this accusation whatsoever as this is an insult. Yes we admit that we forget to rid of the used coffee filter in the coffee maker but we did gathered everything in order. There is a problem of our garbage but there is no instructions for where to dispose them so we just packed them neatly together and cleaned up the place. My daughter's friend is a local and she also don't know what to do so we did try our best to do things properly as our own place I don't want to complain about the original staining in the toilet and kitchen bench when we entered the condo until the host accused us of the 'terrible state' after we left. We are still very upset and angry about the 30 dollar charge, which bears an insult and unfairness. Be careful about what the host claims as their standard include an renovation and trap, together with a ruin of the previous good experience.

We really liked our stay at your apartment. It was very well equipped especially the kitchen. The bed was super comfy. We didn’t miss a thing. We even enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna facilities. We liked the closeness to the town and that we could walk everywhere.

The only thing that we didn’t like as much was that we couldn’t turn off the ceiling fan while using the light.

The area and accommodation is amazing and the hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. Great hosts, great place!

No elevator to get to the third floor

Our daughter was competing in near by Sherbrooke and we had actually booked two different hotel rooms there for considerably more money. We started looking at renting a unit/condo but had never done that and were nervous about it. The reviews on this property convinced us to take the risk to be more comfortable and independent than cooped up in a tiny hotel room spending hundreds on take-out and restaurants. It was the best decision ever! The unit was exactly as described, clean and bright with great instructions for everything and little extras like welcome chocolates, supplies, and lots of extra touches! It was so relaxing to be able to have the extra space to spread out and the kitchen to stock and cook meals. The bed was very comfortable and my son said the pullout was also very comfortable. The views of the mountains were beautiful and the water traffic was fun to watch from the balcony. We used the indoor pool for a nice swim and visited Mt. Orford for a hike and went to all the local shops (chocolate and ice cream from Chocolats Vanden Eynden are highly recommended) The hosts were very pleasant and responded to our messages quickly. Not sure if we will be back this way again but if we are, 100% we will be repeat renters.

I really don't have any complaints but just to fill this section out, the TV channels were all listed out but to our dismay, they were all standard definition and there was a playoff hockey game we wanted to catch - Pro Tip: although not listed, the HD channels are all there if you explore the 500-level channels so we got to watch our game in HD after all.
