I was travelling from Western Canada to the east coast for business, when I landed in Toronto I received a text that they were fully booked and wouldn't be able to accommodate me, this in spite of having a confirmed and paid for reservation. When I kicked up a fuss they suddenly had a cancellation and now my reservation was a go. not cool folks

The shower in the bathroom was small and dated.

The accommodation's location was perfect for a fishing trip I was making to Middleton. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was adequate. The staff were great, very responsive and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. This was not my first stay at the Orchard Queen and I wouldn't hesitate to return there again.

The toilet was too low…I am an old man

The room was clean and well laid out for its size. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Coffeemaker and micro wave worked but the tv was a little weird.The staff were helpful,and the room was quiet…..what more could one want? This is a fine place to stay in the Annapolis Valley. It is central to the whole valley from Truro to Grand Pre. It is not a room you want to live in but it is a great place to use as a base for exploration. We stayed for two days and we’re glad we did.

The only surprise was the flowery deodorizer smell upon entering the room, however, it didn't last long or bother us and it wasn't being used as a cover up which was nice. Just thought it deserved a mention.

Very clean and well maintained room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Choice of coffees & teas as well as mini fridge, kettle & microwave in room. Lots of towels, great hot water & pressure. It was a great value for the price. Would stay again!

There were crumble of food umderneat the bed, carpenter ant investation. A microwave could be a great addition for folks staying more then a couple days.

Nice place to stay, quiet and good value for the price. Big room and comfortable beds. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room I originally was booked in was very cold and the heat would not come on. The manager checked and agreed there was an issue with the heat, so moved me to another room. Would recommend staying here.

We did not like the noise from the Humidifer Fan in Bathroom. Would like to see more electrical plugs for charging electronics etc. Found the TV very hard to hear even with wearing Hearing Aids. No control of Volume.

The room was very clean and well equipped with all we required. The pillows were plentiful and soft. The Owner/attendant was very friendly and helpful with local information. It was close to a very good Family Restaurant, 'The Big Scoop' at which we ate 2 meals.

This motel was clean and spacious and had a fridge and microwave. There was a pool as well.
