The position and cleanliness of the apartment was excellent

We struggled with air conditioning and was a little cold in the night especially the bedrooms other than that it was excellent

The location and view were amazing. The apartment had everything you needed and extras like salt, pepper, spices, oil, cling film, wash tablets etc. The beds were so comfortable.

Due to internet problems I didn't get the email with all the information until after we arrived and was able to log onto the wifi. The girl at the hotel reception was very good and helped us find the information and room.

Lovely restaurant downstairs, nice two bedroom apartment and good area.

The apartment was totally good enough but could do with updating, definitely old and needing a bit of upgrading. Throughout the whole building outside of the apartments they had removed all the flooring and scraped all the walls, there were even razor blades here, there and everywhere on the floor! There was obvious mold on many areas of the wall and to walk through the hallways with the floors ripped up on every level was not the right way to do things. They should have started at the bottom or top and done one floor at a time, not make it so terrible to walk through to get out, to the restaurant and to the pool and hot tub. We were only told of this an hour before we went into the place, there was no information prior to this. Pool and hot tub had nowhere to change or keep your things. This was not explained in the room or anywhere, we had to go downstairs and find this out which we were then unprepared for. You have to access the pool etc, already in your swimwear. We were lucky as we had two bathrobes in our apartment but there were 4 of us, so we could not all use one. Going down in swim gear, especially with the dirty hallways is not a great plan.

Plenty of space, stunning unit, we were all very happy with this place. The staff were also really good to communicate with.

It's a perfect place to stay, our family loved everything: wonderful location, clean rooms, everything necessary was there and even more! Friendly reminders and calls, national park pass, amazing pool, slide, indoor and outdoor hot tub. It's the place I would definitely recommend! The best place to stay!)

Great location, quiet, pool was fun, well stocked kitchen.

The balcony faces onto the hot tub and the pool roof blocks most of the sun and the view. Everything else was great.

This was NOT as advertised! I didn’t even stay at this place and left EXTREMELY disappointed.

The pool was closed. There was NO Mountain View and the furniture was stained: they refunded me “cleaning fee” because I did not stay- the cleaning fee on the booking was $150 CAD. I got a refund for $7 and some change.

All in all, we had a fantastic time. The suite was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a "home away from home" stay. Communication with staff was friendly and easy and their response to questions was fast. The pool and hot tub at the resort were clean. Although not used by us, the kiddie pool looked to be very worn down. Quiet time starts at 10 pm in this resort and we were impressed by the prompt shutdown of noise at that time as the suite faces directly onto the outdoor hot tub and pool area. We had older children with us and it was not a problem but if you have young ones with early bedtimes, this suite may not be for you. We were very happy with our stay and Little Sister Getaways. We hope to stay again during our next visit to Canmore.

The restaurant was excellent. Convenient location. Well-supplied suite.
