Kitchenette lacked any real means of basic cooking such as frying an egg. There was a microwave but no microwaveable dishes at all. The one outdoor barbecue was a good resource and big enough to share when two units were using it at the same time but would have been difficult if all the units wanted to cook out for the evening meal.

Add the following items to the unit: * Hand towels *Grab bar in shower/tub *Shower liner to go with the existing shower curtain *Clothesline Repair the airlock in the shower as it makes a awful noise when in use Sort out the space where a guest is specifically to park. We were instructed to park in front of our unit ibut someone else was parked there. It looks like there are not enough spaces for all the units to park in front of the Inn

Light bulbs are horrible blue color temp incandescent bulbs. Coziness/comfort could easily 2x with just putting warm color temp bulbs. Feels like being in a hospital with the current bulbs. Bbq was filled with grease - needs some tlc No table, or kitchen sink, so you have dishes and cutlery, no where to wash dishes other than bathroom. It’s a bit far from the restaurants and shops on the island, could be pro for some.

Great quiet spot, good wifi. Comfy bed. Unit was spotlessly clean. Parking is great. Patio is nice, but needs something installed on the dividers to give more privacy until the vines grow in.

Tap water was not drinkable (too salty) and we had to buy quite a bit of bottled water for our 3 day stay. The room was quite warm, even at night with windows open (no A/C, just one noisy fan). Did not see any staff during entire stay. Bed was much too hard.

The view and location were great. Check -in was easy. Place was roomy.

Our only complaint was the bathrooms need updating from their original ancient tub/shower, baseboards were a bit yucky, which you stared at from the toilet, and the water smelled of Sulphur. The water is not something they can change, and they do provide bottled water if you don't want to drink or brush teeth with it, it's safe to do so. The issue reminded us of New Zealand, so not super bad!

We loved tue location, right next to the marina with the Pier Gallery. Loved that you could paddleboard through/around the little marina to the main Silva property where the shop was and that fresh sausage rolls and cinamon buns were delivered there around 11am! LOVED the Firetruck Grill food truck was parked on the lawn right down the hill infront of us and they served fantastic food! There arent too many places to eat on the island and this was the best.

I would have preferred not sharing a deck with other units. People kept walking in front of our unit and looking in on the way to the unit beside ours.

Kitchenette was super stocked with cooking implements but nothing other than a microwave to cook with. A bit buggy. Wasp nest under the umbrella and a spider crawling up my back in the middle of the night.

Great location right on the water. Also very quiet between rooms. Barely heard our neighbors at all. Great internet. No contact with staff but we had everything we needed.

We had unit 6 for two nights in january. The view and the deck are great however there is no sound isolation as you can hear everything from the neighbours on both sides and i mean everything… the owner says it would be the connecting door to unit 5 but you can hear evrything from unit 7 as well. also unit 6 is advertised as having a kitchnette but not really…. It has cutlery and plates and such but nothing such as sink. You are supposed to do the dishes in the small bathroom sink… yes the pictures show this but you would expect a sink that accomodate a bit of dish washing.. also no tv in the living room which is advertised but not there… and the xmas lights are nice but cause so much light in the bedroom that you can actually read a book without having to turn on a light. The bbq is really rusty and the tools are old
