The only real issue we had was the ineffective bathroom exhaust. Instead of the sign in the bath area, perhaps it would be better if there were wall hooks to secure the curtain. But honestly, it was a wonderful stay at the Paradise Inn and we will be back.

We loved the location and how simple, easy and efficient it was at the property itself. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. When there was an issue, it was resolved immediately-thank you!

My husband and I are used to having a person to talk to. I found it difficult to reach you before I read the brochure binder in the room. I had just wanted to confirm that there was a fridge in the room. One of the drawers fell out when I pulled it out too far, to put my stuff into it. It was still empty, and nothing went wrong, but I was surprised. That was the three drawer cabinet that was by the entry door. My husband wasn't happy with the noise of the air conditioner and found it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, he finds any noises difficult. That isn't only related to this particular stay...

There was no breakfast, except what we went out for. Did I miss something?

Loved it but would have loved a balcony and beach view but you can’t have everything when you book late.

The bathroom door stuck and didn't close properly. Also, it was really warm and we couldn't regulate the temperature.

It was extremely clean and the location to the water is fabulous.

Had some difficulty getting the room code set and getting the shower started.

Perfect spot with a lovely view of the beach and Lake Huron.

Checking in confusing, room small no connections for charging any electric devices. No closet to hang clothing 4 hangers. No room service, you have to chase the stuff which is nobody on premises only reach by phone. Paying upfront is the warning sign, that u will have no service. Price extremely high for place like this. Old and out of date. Will not recommend this place at all. No rentals for anything like bikes or water sports.

No service staff present & no breakfast included for such a high nightly price. We thought the hotel itself was right on the beach as the name of the hotel could be a bit misleading but the beach shores is actually a bit of a walk and across a street to get to.

The beds were comfy & beach was just a walk across the street.

no staff on site--dated home made up of rooms didnt feel like a resort at all --cameras in your face everywhere you turn not so inviting- for just under 1000$ for 2 rooms super disappointing

⚠️ WARNING Communication is terrible! We were supposed to have rented the front large room with water views for 450 a night with rentals available. We arrived to find out our room was very small at the back of the building and no rentals available (bikes, kyakes, stand up boards) This room we were given is said to be rented for 199 / night We have been over charged, told we will not be refunded that other people would have paid and booked in it anyway. Of course if you are giving misinformation and broken promises. BBQ on site I don't think has ever been cleaned

The check out time is too early at 10am. Industry standard is 11am or noon.

Excellent location across from the beach. Very clean and nicely decorated and comfy room. We had a balcony which was nice. Quiet and peaceful.
