Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaWhile there were a number of cars in the parking lot, there was very little trade in the restaurant and lounge. Only one couple in the restaurant and their look did not appear a comfortable existence. In the lounge televisions should be showing current sports ie baseball game and news channel. No sound necessary. In the breakfast room same thing. The television should be on a news network or channel. Again, no or minimal sound only!

The staff at the desk were super nice but not pushy. I do not like sharing my personal plans when going to hotels, I like it to feel like my own home where I can just do me. And they have a great hold on that respect here. The pool was clean and the water slide was tall!! Absolutely great facility for children and adults alike. Room was cool, clean, and comfortable, the bedding was super fresh and put together well. Great place

CanadaThe hot tub was full of sand and the staff couldn’t find the vacuum to clean it resulting in it being closer our entire stay. The pool had lights falling out of the pool wall into the water in the deep end which was a bit unsettling. Not a lot of breakfast options.

CanadaBreakfast was an attempt at quality and some variety but the Spanish eggs were like hockey pucks, the potatoes were chewy and overdone and we had to wait for bacon, as it had been allowed to run out. It was not easy to thank staff personally, as the only person wearing a name tag was the front desk clerk,....which only read front desk clerk.
All the staff were vary friendly and helpful, in particular the corporate manager we met.

Reservation and check in were a Breeze. Front desk staff were prompt, friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and the bed was cozy for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent and we loved the extended hours on the weekends and serving until 10 am on weekdays! We used the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. Food was good and our bartender/waitstaff was very attentive. The Manager was visible at all hours of the day. He was gracious to guests, taking a moment to chat and connect. Would definitely stay here again. Also, thank you for NOT being a pet friendly hotel. While we love pets, we have medical conditions that keep us from owning a pet or staying in a room previously occupied by pets.

The rooms was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. I woke in the middle of the night with a terrible headache and called the front desk to inquire about a painkiller. The woman was kind enough to give me some from their first aid kit. She meet in front of the elevator with some apple juice. She was my life saver!
