Value: lots of room with a suite including kitchenette. Location was 5 min walk from our event. Friendly staff.

It had a little stumble at check in, but they rectified it right away.

One of the reasons why I booked this property was for the pool and the pool has actually been drained and is under maintenance with no date of when it will open up again. I think this is very misleading and the property needs to update their booking information. The hotel is in need of some TLC. My tub and bathroom sink did not drain well so the tub would start to fill up while you were having a shower. The fireplace was really loud when you tried to turn it on, but it did not work even though it sounded like it was trying to work. The microwave light did not work either.

It was very easy to check in and out. The complementary breakfast in the morning had a good variety. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was quite quiet.

The place was great with the small kitchen, king size bed, fireplace that is just an electric heater. I was not fancy for a coast hotel but it was spacious and comfortable enough that we would stay there again The full size stove and fridge is a bonus.

Older, worn out building. Heater smelled like burnt metal all night. “Breakfast” left something to be desired. Too expensive for what’s offered.

Quiet. Comfortable pillows. Nice shower.

A fire alarm system test during which the alarm was activated several times with no warning. Hopefully this is not a regular occurance.

I had a long stay here at an awful time during a wildfire evacuation of my town. The room had a full-sized fridge and range which allowed me to prepare my own meals and not have to eat in restaurants all of the time. I was able to pick up a few extra kitchen items at the thrift shop which is only a couple of minutes' walk away. It was also handy to have a guest laundry in the building. The staff really did their best to make evacuees as comfortable as possible under the circumstances.

That there was no housekeeping on the weekend and no clean towels or refreshed coffee products. The dishwasher had not been emptied.

Have stayed at property many times as it is convenient and comfortable.

My only issue with the facilities was the painfully slow and terrifyingly clunky elevator, with no inspection certificate in sight.

The suite was great, I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was. The kitchen was a perfect size, wish we could’ve enjoyed our longer stay here.

Room was more than I expected; well suited for an extended stay( I was only there for one night). Room was large and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the days travel. o restaurant on site . However, the attending staff offered a great suggestion to an excellent dining spot. Thus is only the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and won’t be the last.

The pool has been closed every time we come to this location. It is quite disappointing, and rates should be reduced for that. I would have booked a cheaper room elsewhere, had I known the pool was not available, again. I also find the prices to be quite steep for the area. Additionally, the water in the shower takes over 5 minutes to get warm, and it doesn't get very hot at all either.

The service upon check in was great, and I upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub with the help of the employee. The room was great and comfy, and the tub was amazing.

They had to let us in our own room when we got there and anytime we needed in the front desk had to let us in. The front desk lady was not very friendly. Way to expensive for 1 night 200 dollars crazy. The room was not that clean either
