Would have liked some full instructions for use of outdoor fireplace. Some info on locations of interest and places to eat. More towel racks, hand towels.

Check in, we reserved the room after the 4pm check in time but didn't get the door code till much later. This meant a frustrating 15 minutes trying to figure out how we were supposed to access the unit.

Nice property and view everything is close in port renfrew so it was an easy walk for breakfast in the morning

Power was out from my arrival at 4 pm until around 10.15 pm. So washing and charging needed to be done pretty late. Therefore, in total, it's a little pricey. I didn't know about the upstairs condo (so I struggled to find it first) and the 21 stairs up (maybe my fault fid not reading properly), but manageable. I'm still not sure how to operate the gas fireplaces, and I haven't seen or found a description. That would be nice for guests who don't operate these regularly.

Very, very beautiful place. Great equipment. Excellent view! Everything you ask for is there! Excellent communication with the owner. Excellent "roomie" in the tree across (bald eagle).

I cannot fault this property. It has a slightly quirky floor plan. The second bedroom has a 1/2 bath (powder room) not a full ensuite which didn't bother us but may trouble some travellers. The full bath is the ensuite for the Master and needs to be shared with Bed 2 guests. Some people may not like the laundry in bed 2 but it didn't bother us.

great view and the property makes the most of it with outstanding views from the living area and deck. The gas heater on the deck was a welcome addition. The laundry in the 2nd bedroom was a little quirky but worked well and the washer and dryer were very efficient. The kitchen is well equipped and the pots and pans are a good size if you were cooking for the 4 guests that the property sleeps. Angela was super helpful and understanding. The property was very clean and well presented. It was toasty warm which was appreciated on a cold and rainy spring day. It was walking distance to a couple of eateries although we self catered. We loved our stay and it was hard to leave!

Fantastic views and a lovely space to relax in. Well equipped to eat in if you choose to and watch a movie on their netflix, which was perfect for us when we arrived on a cold, wet late afternoon. Lovely fireplace, apartment warms up pretty well and the beds were nice and comfortable. It was a comfortable home away from home. Host was easy to communicate with. Parking at the front of the house made for easy access carrying our luggage up the stairs. I could have easily stayed here a night or two longer.

No sponge in kitchen, bedrooms are quite small, queen size bed mattress definitely need replacing.

These are all small things and not deal breakers…Long steps up to the unit were a surprise (but worth it for the view). A booklet with information about the unit would be helpful. (We couldn’t figure out how to turn the gas fireplace on and didn’t want to bother the hosts since we didn’t need it for warmth.) A dish rack and vegetable steamer would be nice. The flipper and non-stick frying pans could be replaced. Fitted bottom sheets would be great(otherwise, the linens were very good).

Close to trails. We walked a new one every day. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us as grandparents with teen-aged grandsons. Also,thinking about booking this spot again with a friend because of this. Beds were great. Beautiful soaker tub. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the ocean. Clean and welcoming.
