I loved the location. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating. I had reserved a room with a king bed and hide a bed for my son. When he pulled out the bed at 10:30 pm we realized that it had a very thin mattress on it and not comfortable for anyone. I asked at the desk about getting another mattress and they were able to move us to another room with 2 queen beds with no problems.

It would have been nice to have a breakfast area but the vouchers for going green helped.

We LOVED the kitchenette room. It was perfect for our 4 day stay. We also REALLY enjoyed the fire table outside in the evenings.

The pool was also very nice, perhaps a temperature control would be advisable for the pool, but all in all we loved it very much. Too many kids still around by 9 pm at the pool making dives and lots of noise in an enclosed space made it inconvenient, and we had to leave and return early morning next day.

The hotel facilities and the restaurant food quality were the top two things to highlight. The room was very comfortable, cozy, a/c was at the right level, beds were super soft and easy to sleep once you lay on it.

The shower head in the bathroom is way too high and not designed for short people. Not adjustable either. Balcony has lots of spider nets. The personnel in the restaurant were not accommodating and did their basic minimum.

When I checked in, staff was not aware of my request of having a dog friendly room, even though I have received message to confirm the pet friendly room when I booked it.

Such a nice place to stay, the room was very clean and spacious, both myself and my doggies stayed super comfortable! My parents and I also went to the restaurant Nineteen 05 on site, we enjoyed all of our dishes! Next time we will have to stay there longer to enjoy more!

Value for money not great, I would have expected breakfast to be included for the money. Also when we were there, upgrades of mattresses going on so the lifts were constantly occupied and it was noisy hearing the shuffling of mattresses.

We spent one night in the nice hotel located in a peaceful place by the lake. It was a perfect stop in the middle of our trip from Banff to Whistler. The rooms are comfortable, kitchenette well equipped, the pool is great. Team very friendly and helpful. We would have loved to stay longer.

There is no water dispenser in the weight room.

The original room we were given was disappointing - on the top floor with a small window and no balcony. The receptionist kindly changed our room to a 3rd floor room with a balcony and beautiful view of the water.

Bed is way too soft and the two mornings we stayed there both woke up with sore back. Showerhead difficult to turn.

Friendly reception and very helpful attitude. They offer a $10 off coupon for dining in at their restaurant if you skip housekeeping. Great location right by the wharf and offer us a great for you during sunset.

Only one sink in bathroom for 3 people Only 2 towels and washcloths and robes for 3 people Had to ask for more and was given at front desk to take up myself! No drawers to put your clothing We had 3 suitcases placed around the room Staying 4 nights I expected to unpack my suitcase The first time I’ve stayed anywhere without drawers for clothing. We had the king size bed and sofa bed for 3 people. There was no where for all the sofa bed cushions to go except in front of closet so we could only use half or closet and had to move very heavy table to open sofa bed Coffee maker, kettle and something else were in bottom cupboard so didn’t use , not very accessible. Microwave was in cupboard too. Was that safe? Only 1 elevator for 4 floors and no service elevator made it slow at times. The photos made the pool look much bigger than it actually was, and they advertise 2 pools and it’s only one. Running out of toilet paper at night, phoning front desk and having to leave a message. When room was refreshed the one day, toilet paper not refilled and not enough towels and washcloths for 3 people Only, staff always seem to assume there are only 2 people staying.

The views The cleanliness The location The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable The tv was very good, clear picture. I had a nice lunch with a friend at the restaurant. We had a lovely dinner on Canada Day at the pub, out on the deck. The morning we left we had a lovely breakfast out on the deck at the restaurant. The French toast portions were excellent!

The terrance was being repaired so we couldn't sit outside. Next time I will book a room with a balcony.

The location and view from the room were both lovely. The staff were all excellent. The restaurant was superb. The was such a pleasure to be near the bird sanctuary and pier.
