CanadaInsulation not good, very noisy when neighbour's flushed toilet & showered. Signage: Outside lots of doors no sign for Hotel Lobby. Inside again lots of doors no directional signs. No pens/paper in room. No menu for restaurant. No information about Vernon in room. Also Green discount voucher should be for # of nights booked. 2 night stay two vouchers. Not one.
Convenient, well priced, beds comfortable, air conditioning great, had essentials in the room.

CanadaWe had a few problems during our stay that were definitely turn offs…. We had a wasp problem right at the front entrance of our suite which made coming in and out difficult and was always worried my two young kids would get stung. We also had a major ant problem in the kitchen that was a nuisance as well. Both were dealt with quickly, but even after the wasp nest was removed(by myself one time and again by staff) it continued to be a huge issue as the wasps never went away. Also I was disappointed by the fact that when I booked on booking.com the pictures showed that the bathroom had a small tv in it, which was one of the main reasons I booked it as my daughter thought it was cool, then when we arrived there was no tv in there anymore. Also the pool was quite dirty and wasn’t that clean, we saw people’s big clumps of hair floating around the pool 🤢
The room size and convenience of the separate entrance was nice. I also appreciated having house keeping in daily to tidy and make beds. The staff were also very good and helpful.

No information in room as to where things were in hotel. Desk said something g about QR code . Did not find and certainly not senior friendly. Could get phones on WIFI but not computer. It would not accept code given.???

I believe these things were just not seen by house keeping I believe only the light would be something they would notice. I did not report the bathroom fan. I should have.

CanadaBeds! I was there the week previous and had a king suite which was great. The bed was very comfortable. The queens this time were VERY soft. To the point it affected my sleep. Whenever I changed position it was a big effort to lift myself out of the sunken section. The guest service rep was very apologetic at checkout and reported they were new mattresses. The shower drain was loose and the opening beneath was poorly cut out and quite large so it would have been possible to injur oneself.
Proximity to stores across street. Easy to get in & out from road. Staff very friendly & efficient.
