Room was great, staff was wonderful. People running in the hallway all night and fighting in the parking lot was not ideal. Truck had a new dent in the morning, at least no broken windows. Overall the hotel was okay, staff great but area was not great.

Seemed a bit high priced in comparison to other similar hotels. I assume it was because of the casino and high demand.

Location, lounge and parking. Big TV was a bonus too.

Some of the people hanging around the parking lot at all hours was a bit concerning for your vehicle parked outside. The food in the lounge could have been better.

The young man working the front desk was one of the best I have ever had for check in. Friendly, quick and ready to make my the best he could. The only issue I had was the fact I had to book at booking,com to get the best price. with front desk staff as good as he was, he should be able to match the online pricing.

The foyer, front entrance is unclean, the carpet in the hallway to the elevator is filthy and needs to be replaced or given a good shampoo. The hallway on the 2nd floor to our room was unclean, there were large stains all along the hallway from spills and not cleaned properly. My room smelled like dried urine from the washroom. I notified the front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know. The outside of the toilet remained unclean...I refused to clean it as I cleaned the outside of the toilet when I stayed there in Nov'23. I always enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past...but it's getting run down.

We ate breakfast in the restaurant, the service was excellent and the food was well prepared and hit when we received it. The food was also tasty.

I did not get my damage deposit of $100 of each of the two rooms I booked and charged to my visa.

I like that they were clean and that we got to go have breakfast in the same vascinity.

The side doors lock at 10pm and you can’t even access them with your room card. You have your walk all the way to the from door to get in. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. The beds need updating. The hotel is loud and other guests were not considerate of other guests.

Needs some modernization & reno's....but we still have no complaints about the staff, beds, cleanliness or wifi.

This facility is old & definitely could use repairs & reno's. That being said, our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff we came in contact with were pleasant & friendly. Despite being located by a large casino, which was right beside our room, it was quiet & we both had uninterrupted sleep. There is a restaurant on site, we met friends & had breakfast there, it was great. We had no complaints, as I said, the building is old and needs to be modernized, repaired & renovated. We would stay there again.

We were on our way to a wedding up at elk ridge resort . We stayed here as drove 13 hours from Detroit lakes. Long day . We had a great stay here. Thanks people were very nice. Foods was great . Had a nice room and very clean . We gave it a +8 out 10 ..
