The room has several deficiencies and could use an upgrade. The fridge door was missing the racks that hold things, and the items in the kitchen are very cheap and flimsy. The beds are super comfortable though, so that is the main thing! The price is high. And I really dislike how everything is disposable at breakfast…so much waste!

The location is excellent, right off the highway. The young man who greeted us was fabulous! He went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect. We were given an upgrade to the family room, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was your usual fare with yogurt, premade omelettes, self-serve waffles and pancakes, fruit, juices, and toast.

I left shortly after 4 am, so breakfast was noy available ..room was clean. staff was helpful. I was a little disappointed there was only breakfast offered. we got there round 4 pm and had to go find a place to eat supper..

There was no lift/elevator, which made it difficult to carry luggage to the room. Also, we noticed insect on the ceiling, which my son had to remove.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was fine, and the room was clean with all the needed facilities.

We liked less the fact that there was no proper shower gel — just a very small solid soap. There was no ventilation in the toilet. The pool was poorly equipped (only one umbrella, just two lounge chairs, and no water toys like pool noodles for children). The water was also a bit cloudy, so it might not have been well treated. There was hair in the bathtub and a dried stain on the wall above one of the beds…

We enjoyed having access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fairly complete breakfast. If you like sushi’s like we do there is a sushi restaurant just a 2 min walk away (Heaven and it was great).

No elevator so getting up with luggage was a challenge.

The staff was very courteous, helpful and engaged. Contacted me for trip planning, secured bikes in storage, and followed up on requests. Great breakfast, and a surprisingly quiet location.

The breakfast was decent. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The outdoor pool was nice and refreshing, but the hot tub was not hot and was down for maintenance on one of the days we were there. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Good location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.😃

Housekeeping is every second day which is fine but on the day they came in, they did not restock wipes, cups, etc. Sink was plugged. And not an issue for us, but location does not have an elevator fyi.

Staff was very quick to run a new hairdryer to the room when ours did not work.

The hotel definitely needs a face lift. If you're looking for fancy, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a place to lay your head but can deal with cosmetic deficiencies, then it will meet your needs. Breakfast was meh.

TV has cable channels, would be great to have youtube. Kitchen was overflow one day.

Nice and warm outside pool, hot tub is not so deep. Breakfast included omlet, bacon, yogurt, waffle/pancake, bread, some cakes, apples/banana (I wish to have some vegetables).

No sound insulation between floors? We could hear people walking in the room above us. It was loud. Parking setup was lacking in organization Didn’t like the way the shower/toilet was separated from the sink and mirror The coffee urn and creamer container were empty. Had to ask for replacements

How is it possible in 2025 to have only disposable items for breakfast (cutlery, plates, glasses)? It looks cheap and for the environment it is really terrible.

Room is ok to stay for overnight but what we liked is the hot breakfast! I like those amenities outside the hotel are closeby (ie. gas, groceries, restaurants, Tims,etc).
