We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe breakfast was far better than I expected. The patty of egg was just OK but the bacon and sausages were tops. Unexpected and very welcome was the yogurt, range of cereals and an orange (as well as orange juice). I'll book here again mainly because of the quality of the breakfast.

CanadaI was given a printed copy of my invoice when requested during my stay 2 weeks ago. When I requested a printed copy last week I was told that I received an emailed invoice through Booking.com. This was true. The only problem is that on Booking.com's invoice it states that their invoice cannot be used for tax purposes. It says that the only invoice acceptable for tax purposes is one issued by the hotel (quality inn).

CanadaThe only complaint I have is that the bathroom light was dim, but that’s hardly an issue.
The breakfast was adequate though I’m not a meat eater so there wasn’t much choice. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean and we weren’t bothered by hallway noise. The hotel is not far from some good restaurants for lunch and dinner so that’s certainly a plus.
