Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

One housekeeper knocked on our door at 10 am saying that I had a perfume smell coming out of my room. Yes, mam, you did. The sink is right beside the back entrance.( Door was closed). I was spraying hair spray! Well, your smell is bothering me. Im sorry, I felt so bad for her! As a housekeeper myself, I couldn't understand why she felt the need to do that, she didnt clean our room. All we asked for was towels. Nope, she wouldn't even give us towels.. I went to the front desk later that day and got towels, and asked if this was a scent free hotel, to which I was told no!. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing Thank you, Bassano, for our comfortable stay! We appreciate you!
The location, as our trip to Drumheller wasn't that far away. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you for everything

The sheets smelled funny, they were clean but maybe fabric detergent used was not the best, also not many options to eat on the evening either

As above.
The pillows were abit too soft. The breakfast was minimal as we ate at 8:30 both mornings and the choices were few. No fruit at all and only a few a(less than 6)breakfast sandwiches left. There were other guests arriving after us so we ate minimally so they have something to eat. There was no one at the front desk to speak with to request to replenish the food.

What a great find! Super clean, well appointed and spacious room. Just off the highway but quiet. Excellent value for the price of the room. Included breakfast. Would recommend and will definitely stay again when driving through.

Our bathroom floors, toilet and tub had hair all over them. Not just a little hair…I ended up cleaning it all but in hindsight should’ve asked for a different room. The carpets also appeared dirty with some sort of confetti visible so obviously not vacuumed
Staff was friendly and check in and check out was a breeze!

The pillows were way too big.
Room was clean and had lots of space. There was a bar fridge, counter and sink plus a table for dining at. The AC worked well and the hotel was really quiet.

Unfortunately no pool or hot tub
The property was easy to get to. The rooms were clean and the staff that did my reservation was extremely polite, pleasant and helpful.

I didn't like that I arrived at 3:23 PM to see if I could check in early and the staff member at the front said to give her an hour to prepare the room. I reminded her check in was at 4 PM. She seemed surprised or like she forgot. I returned at 4 and the room was ready. I wish staff at check in would have reminded me of the continental breakfast. I totally forgot and could have used that to pacify my 2 and 4 year old had I been reminded at check in. I didn't like the Tesla charging stations nearby which are known to give off radiation. Those were not there during my last stay in 2017.
The beds and bedding were super comfortable!!!

The hot breakfast. A wrap you warm up in the microwave isn’t our idea of a hot breakfast.
Location was great. Liked that you could enter from inside or outside. Room was bigger than expected. Clerk recommended a restaurant for supper. She was right, a very good place to eat. Room was very quiet.
