Fantastic stay. Really central location with parking and a hot tub. Facilities great too, washing machine and drier available. Host super responsive and helpful. Nice little balcony to sit and watch the world go by! Would definitely recommend. So many littler touches that made the stay perfect.

Great communication from the owners prior to arrival. Underground parking a great addition. Lovely apartment in a great position. Well appointed with everything you need, air conditioning, WiFi etc. Owners really helpful during stay with some very minor niggles, which were sorted the same day.

Beautiful location, family friendly, kitchen equipped with all necessary utilities, quiet and private location in a very rustic little town. Welcoming guest book with everything you need to know and a warm welcome by the owner.

It was very warm ‘upstairs’ where the 2 single beds are! We had to take out the garbage and recycling even though we needed to pay a hefty fee for cleaning (read the fine print when you book this place !). We welcomed the instructions in the separate message in how to get there (since the street name doesn’t say much on Google Maps/directions via Booking.com) and how to park and access the building. Check-out time is 10:00am (while check-in time is 16:00pm) and you’re required to leave the parking spot so little time to explore.

This place is OK for a night but any longer would be cramped. Location is OK with a 5 - 10 minute walk into the main shopping area. Underground parking spot a bonus but spaces too small for standard vehicle. Nice local restaurants - Hunter Gather was great and the Crepe Montagne is excellent !

This apartment in Whistler was smaller than expected. The photos are accurate but the mezzanine floor is tiny ! Not really enough space to open a suitcase, and only 1 bathroom. For a family of 4 we would have been better with 2 hotel rooms.

Location was great - in the heart of Whistler village. Kitchen was well-appointed and the balcony was nice to relax on.

The upstairs bedroom was quite cramped - no suitcases fit so they had to stay in the lounge room downstairs. Also, checkout at 10am also included taking car out of car park which is inconvenient if you plan any activities in Whistler on the last day.

Fabulous condo. Best location in Whistler. Quiet. Free underground parking. Good security. Comfortable beds, couches, and great La-Z-Boy type chair. The condo is stocked with everything that you can possibly need. The host was great with communication. I highly recommend the condo.

no one available to talk to, found the door codes confusing outside of the buidling 320# xxxx. I couldn't get back into the hotel from the pool, very frustrating and had to wait

We like the location. We like that the place is just in the village and walking distance to the restaurants.

The pool is a quite a walk and there are many doors to pass through. We have to remember the passcode.

Great Whistler condo. In the heart of the upper village, it is a great location. Very close to bars, restaurants and the ski lifts, it was very easy to get around. Renee was very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. The place was clean, and the fireplace was such a lovely touch. So cozy.

    1) My only real issue with the rental was the hot tub/pool situation. It is a shared area and between 4-6 pm you have to sign up on a paper sign-up sheet at the pool (as only one group can use it during these times). Of course, by the time we checked in at 3 pm, all the times were booked and this was the time we wanted to go so we could not use the hot tub (which was part of the reason we booked this place). So we were disappointed by this. 2) There is an additional fee if guests do not take out the garbage/recycling, which I could understand if I was not paying a cleaning fee already. However, Whistler is expensive and this policy is common for private rentals so I did not reduce my rating. However, point for hotels. 3) Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am, which is pretty late/early. This is really only common with airbnbs and private rentals, and hotels are more flexible with this. That being said, the host was able to accommodate an 3 pm check in and 11 am check-out, but it isn't guaranteed. 6 hours to clean a small condo seems like a lot of time, and maybe the host could look at using different/multiple cleaners if the cleaner is too busy.

We had a great stay here at R&R Retreat. We had an unplanned last-minute stay due to a highway closure and were very glad this place was available. Fantastic location, lots of space, comfy beds, and with everything you need to be self-contained. Our host was also very accommodating given our circumstances and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for a Whistler stay!
