Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe bed was not particularly comfortable. The room was in need of some updating. There were burn marks from cigarettes in the bathroom and sitting area. There was no plug for the bathtub which was disappointing, but certainly not the end of the world.
The facility was very well located. Central and easy to get to. It seemed I was the only guest in the are where I was located, which was lovely. I didn't have time for breakfast but it looked quite good. Hot food available as well as a waffle maker, cereal and fruit. The door locked, the air conditioning worked and there was indoor plumbing. All very much appreciated.

The fact that I could come in as early as 2 Pm on my first visit, and also the fact that I could have checked out as early as 4 am on my second visit... Also the fact that if i had made a mistake to book it, that I could have decided at the last minute to cancel and also that I did not need a credit card to reserve it and to pay for it!!!! The friendliness of the front desk staff!!

CanadaDidn’t end up staying here after I was informed at check in that it would be $39 extra for my pet. That was more than half the room rate. This needs to be upfront and mentioned on all booking sites. On the good side I was not charged for the booking.
