Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Across the street from the fire hall so occasionally awoken by sirens. Hallways smell of BC bud on occasion, despite signs saying no smoking, vaping or marijuana.
Staff is accommodating, will hold your luggage and are helpful with directions. Good location, lots of shopping and restaurant options. Air conditioned rooms.

Old room. No sofa bed and no breakfast.

vending machine eats money, should show sign that it does that. Pool seemed a bit unclean and broken although the atrium is quite beautiful and was overall relaxing. Shower slant was too intense and slippery, my stepmother fell hard luckily not badly injured, and I'm glad that I stepped into the shower to adjust the shower head myself before getting my 6 year old son to climb in and start showering while I grab his clothes, because if I hadn't stepped in I wouldn't have known how wslipper this tub was and he took could have gotten hurt. there didn't seem to be teas, there was no microwave and the fridge wouldnt run cold, there was also no shower gel.
bed didn't sink in to much, staff were great.

The beds were too soft.
Very convenient location with restaurants & supermarket nearby. Relatively close to attraction points. Friendly staff at concierge & restaurant. The back door directly out to the car park was convenient to load/unload luggage and walk our dogs.

There were 4 of us booked but only two bath towels in the room. No breakfast included.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and were happy to extend our check out by half an hour when asked.

Bed was kind of lumpy, pillows we're pretty anemic, but not a deal breaker.
Clean reasonsbly priced, on Harvey so easy to get to everything. Loads of parking. Pretty good soundproofing (we we're in main building). Lots of bathroom counterspace. Good wifi.

The location was just functional, pretty Kelowna is quite a way from the hotel. The on site ‘bar’ was very unfriendly and the staff seemed to be offended by our children. We headed to the White Spot over the road to eat, much friendlier.
We were travelling through Kelowna so only there a night. The staff were very nice and the room fit a family of five ok. Parking was very easy too.

The curtains have a massive gap in between and dont close all the way, so the sun is streaming in by 5am. Front desk knows and said that is just the way all the rooms are..... The bathroom was cleanish. Not the best but not the worst. Hotel is dated but seems to be well maintained

The noise can be perturbing; I could hear the people upstairs every time they moved. Overall, although it's very well maintained, the building is old; it could benefit from some upgrading.
The location is great: multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. The big shopping center Orchard Park is right across the street, which is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, and it's possible to make your own coffee. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
