    The bathtub was dirty.

    Thank you for staying in our motel. I am sorry that you found bath tub not clean .After reading your review I inquire that which cleaner did this cleaning and found that it was done by our front desk staff as we were running short of cleaner that day due to over busy motel .It will never happen ever again as I have changed couple of rules I have given full training of cleaning to all the front desk worker also that in case of emergency they need to do cleaning ,it should be a professional work.     Simple room with all the basics. Bonus points for offering a fridge and a microwave in the room, although we didn't end up using them.

    The room was a bit dark and stuffy. And definitely overpriced, albeit one of the cheapest options for our dates.

    the area are nice the bed and bedding are need to be replaced,towels are old in my experience of staying in the motel this one is very bad

    Thank you for giving good ranking to our staff and WiFi connectivity. I'm very sorry that you were not happy with the bed and bed sheets, though the mattress is new there. Regarding bed sheets the only possible reason is that the cleaner who cleaned your room comes on casually basis only and she might be unaware that in non smoking rooms we only put new or almost new bed sheets. We keep doing minor renovation on ongoing basis,but still we appreciate your suggestion and look the room again to see if there is something more we can do.

    Excellent convenience and location for my stay. I arrived in the early morning, hours before the official check in time, after a stressfull delay filled trip and needed some rest before starting my day. They had a room that the previous guest had checked out of early. So Malik, the King, personally got the room ready for me in a "New York Minute" and did not charge anything extra for my early check in! Malika, the Queen, greeted me with grace and humour when I requested an extra pillow at the front desk and Malik brought it to my room quickly even though he had to interrupt the work he was doing at the time. Thank you King Malik and Queen Malika, you treated me like family! From here on, forever, your place is my "go to" accomodation when I visit your beautiful city. Keep up the good work! I will see you next time i'm in town.

    To be honest nothing !!!

    The lady at the reception was very rude and clearly didn’t know how to speak to guests. The washroom was not properly cleaned, and I even saw an insect inside. There were also bed bugs — thankfully, I had brought my own bedsheet. There was no remote for the AC, and it couldn’t be controlled manually since it was mounted high on the wall. The floor and walls had multiple stains. Very disappointing experience.

    This is not true at all. the front desk lady is always polite and welcoming,though she was not there when you checked in but she gave you extra one and a half hour while checking out.Check out time is 11 but you guys checked out at 12:30 pm. upon check out you asked , that if we need to renew again what will be the deal so the front desk lady told her that it will be more today but You will get good discount and instead of 120 you pay only 110 dollars per night.after few minutes you came back and asked that you forgot something in the room so she gave her the key and took care of her.Again in the night time you called back how much is the room ,so employ on duty asked the front lady and lady told the employ the same thing that give them discount of 10 dollars. If there were bed bugs insects, ac problem then why you wanted to rent the room again. There is no problem .only the problem was the money that you wanted for same price and we asked you to pay 5 dollars more. We do not have any bedbugs in any any room as we go through periodic checkups by Eco pest a professional pest control company.

    Inconsiderate Front desk and unprofessional

    This review is not accurate and appears to have been written out of frustration. The guest had a non-refundable two-day booking but decided to leave after one night. Initially, we informed him that no refund was possible due to the booking policy. However, as a goodwill gesture, we asked him to leave his e-transfer details so we could consider sending a partial refund of $100, even though the room could not be resold that night. Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule and a personal health issue, the refund was unintentionally delayed. In the meantime, the guest posted a negative review containing false claims about our staff and property. We remain committed to fair and respectful service for all our guests. We encourage you to view our recent reviews, which better represent the quality of service we provide.

    We are very disappointed to read her review, as it does not reflect the actual sequence of events that took place during her interaction with our property. She initially booked a room for June 24 to June 25, 2025 through Booking.com. Upon attempting to pre-authorise her card, the transaction was declined due to it being a debit card, which is not eligible for this process. As per Booking.com policy, we marked the card as invalid and allowed a 24-hour period for the details to be updated. As this was not done, we received a notification from Booking.com to cancel the reservation, which we did accordingly. Despite the cancellation, she arrived at the motel in person. We again attempted to process your card through our payment terminal, but it declined once more. Later that evening, she returned accompanied by another individual, and together she stayed for the next two nights in a smoking room booked separately. At the time of her checkout, the room was found in disturbing condition, with furniture left overturned. Following her departure, she was seen sleeping in front of the building, and for the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, our team politely asked her to vacate the premises. Unfortunately, this request was met with abusive language directed toward our staff. She was later observed taking blankets and clothing from a neighboring donation box, and the following morning, our manager found her sleeping in the alley beside the motel. It seems like she does not have any place to stay. In response to the claims made in her review: • The room she stayed in was fully equipped with a kitchen, as advertised. • Our motel is not pet-friendly, and there is absolutely no possibility of animal feces in any of our rooms. • Any perception of staff being rude likely stemmed from our request for her to leave the premises due to unauthorised and disruptive behaviour. We maintain strict standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism, and we do not tolerate or encourage any form of loitering or unauthorised occupancy on or near our premises. Our team is committed to providing a respectful and secure environment for all our valued guests. We take all reviews seriously but also reserve the right to correct false or misleading claims.

    Price and location were ideal. Staff were nice. The property grounds were very clean and well taken care of.

    There was a pretty interesting staining on carpet in first room (maybe it was candle wax? I dunno … I didn’t touch it), was moved rooms even though we had requested a call if we had to move (we booked a single queen for one night and we decided to travel and start our stay the night before so we were put in a 2 bed for the single night). We did not get a call, we even told them we were only 20 minutes away and could come back AT ANY TIME, they moved all of our belongings and our phone charger and dual block went missing. First room beds were hard as rock but the second night bed was very comfortable and the room was much nicer. The air conditioners in the rooms are at the ceiling! If you want to use it you have to climb ontop of a counter. Extremely unsafe. It was not ALL bad. It was very quiet, staff is polite, rooms are still clean but they do use a lot of fabreeze though. For us, it was ok, but if you have allergies or are sensitive to scents, stay elsewhere.

I apologise for that .I have asked cleaners not use fabreeze to much, may be some guest are allergic to it.
