The gentleman who were working were very nice and helpful.

It is definitely a bit run down- but clean and comfortable. We just needed a safe place to sleep on our way through.

The building is a little old, but the service and warm greetings from staff was amazing and truly helped make our overnight stay very comfortable and welcoming.

The actual location in Lively was fine but the place was so badly lit o identified that I had a terrible time finding it.

The great difficulty in finding the place!!! The place was not lit up and there were no signs. A kind lady finally offered to drive there and have me follow her!!!

It was clean and very accommodating for our needs.

It was very tired looking and needs work.

An effort has been made to upgrade the rooms. The shower is state of the art as is the microwave. Beds were comfy.

Lack of storage in the room. Unsavory characters abound.

Lighting, chair, key card didn't work, lots of lowlifes staying there.

Better lighting is needed around the property at night. Living room furnishings outside of building make it look like people live there year round. Beds are extremely lumpy and decore is outdated. Very dingy feeling to the inn.

Nice big clean room

There were no extra amenities such as coffee in the room, no breakfast place or bar, nothing like it says in the ad. The room was level to parking lot, you had to keep your curtain closed all the time other wise anyone walking or in the parking lot could see right into your room. The need to have white sheer curtains under the main curtains to add light and privacy. The chinese restaurant attached was so expensive and the food was nothing special.

Clean, comfortable budget accomodations. Free ample parking.

Less people hanging around

Freshly remodeled, clean and comfortable, the property looked better than it has in years. Staff was very accommodating.

Social conditions in the area, beyond the control of the property manager, may mean one may encounter unfortunate individuals where one doesn't expect to.

The screaming guy next door

I stayed here in 2019 and was so surprised to find that the rooms have under gone a complete transformation. The staff was very friendly. I must say the room was very clean and fresh. New carpets, fresh paint. The room had very comfortable new beds, linens, pillows. Such a comfortable, restful sleep as a result. The bathrooms have all new toilets, sinks, tub, and fixtures. Beautiful new shower's with amazing settings for the ultimate shower. I was traveling with a disabled person and the staff went above and beyond to address our needs to make our stay enjoyable at Lively Inn and Suites. The cost also is very reasonable. I differently would stay here again on my return. I highly recommend Lively Inn and Suites.

The coffee was in front entrance. I myself prefer the coffee in the room. The coffee was Keurig and was delicious.
