Great location and a good size room

Bathroom small but lovely shampoo and body wash. No wardrobe

The hotel is an easy walking distance to the town centre. Car parking available. The room was a reasonable size

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel The receptionist was disinterested in us when we checked in. We asked where we might be able to buy food from and she gave a vague description of "walk into town". The showers were cold when we tried to use them.

The locations was good, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

Considering how much we paid for the room, I would have thought that there would have been a lobby and a better view outside our window.

Central to everything. Easy walk to downtown area.

No facilities like gym or pool or restaurant.

This is a perfect spot if you want to be away from the crowds, but walking distance from it all! Staff was very accommodating, they help my Wife and I celebrate our 10 year anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine. They also have a “room add ons” menu we took advantage of (champagne and chocolate strawberries.) ask reception before arriving and they’ll set you up. Rooms were clean and welcoming after spending our days enjoying the sights of Banff.

The rooms are abit run down, but the staff clean them throughly and maintain them as best they can.

Public transport on the steps, good restaurant next door. View.

Perfect location and parking garage on site was a plus. You can walk to EVERYTHING. Check in is at Irwin’s next door.

Older property with zero frills. Coffee machine had a roach in it.

The first room we had was terrible and dirty and didn’t seem safe.

Very comfortable beds, good shower, shampoo etc provided, great location to town, and there's a luggage storage facility right next door in Samesun which was handy as we started a hike.

Balconies were not very lean and we love sitting outside but it was still ok!

Large room and location.

Had to check in at the hotel next door. Air conditioner was extremely noisy so had to open patio door and hear the extremely loud train whistle during the night. The bed’s mattress needed replacing.

The location was perfect and the room was in good shape.

The air-conditioner was way too loud. We had chairs outside but the air-conditioning unit was in the way and too hot.
