The air was very dry, but the drink vending machine was out of order (and the 2nd machine was empty both days). There was no water/ice machine, and no longer has a breakfast room (even though it is displayed on the maps in the room). The bathroom has a vent, but no switch to turn on the fan (it didn't turn on with the light), so it gets very humid very quickly as the bathroom is pretty small.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the AC worked very well. Our room was ground level with a sliding door out to the parking lot, which was convenient but we had to keep curtains closed for privacy.

Baseboards and dry wall looked really rough, paint missing on doors, no coffee maker or coffee available.

Staff not very friendly or welcoming on checking in, and a funny smell permeating the whole building.When we turned up an hour early, they basically said go away and come back after 3pm, which we did. On checking into the room the bathroom was the tiniest I have ever come across. On checking the sheets on the beds, one bed had stained (blood?!) duvet and sheets. Called reception on my mobile because no-one was manning the front desk. They did send someone to the room straight away to change the sheets. When we went to get ice the machine wasn't working. Called reception again and was told it was out of order. Apparently it had been for some time but they have not had it fixed! Same with the vending machines. Getting the TV to work required another call to the desk. When they finally got it working there were basically about 10 free channels to watch.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was very good.

The floors were not cleaned well, as there were visible bits of food and hair. The room also had a strong smell of smoke or something. The room could use some maintenance as well.

The price for the room was great, especially for a Sunday night of the long weekend and having it be a last-minute booking. The hotel itself was in a good location and taxi services were easily available to get to local attractions and back. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room really needs to be detail cleaned (light switches, baseboards etc.) The fridge had an awful high pitched hum when it kicked on. I had to unplug it.

We liked the ground floor with balcony door to outdoors. We also were happy that we could bring our dogs.

Minor renovations for the room, including ceilings patching and painting. The patio furniture and tables would be greatly appreciated.

Hotel is good for a few nights stay, it locates in a short distance to Huntsville, Dwight. The room is clean, very comfortable beds.
