Small things like cheap paper towel and flimsy kitchen garbage bags, no recycling container in the home yet expected to carry it out to the big bin. Minor but very easy fixes.

No complaints. The water was not very hot, as needed after a cold full day of skiing . But nothing major, house is warm so no real complaints here.

The house sleeps 6 people, the only downside was that one of the beds was in the common room, meaning one of the bedrooms had no privacy. Otherwise, everything was great.

The property had plenty of amenities to keep our extended family entertained for the week stay. The indoor centre had a well equipped centre with games, puzzles, shuffle board, pool, air hockey and table tennis. The business centre had very functional workstattions with a cozy fire. The indoor pool and hot tub were warm, pool area was immaculately clean and lots of seating to relax. We didn’t try the racquetball courts but they looked functional. The gym is small but had everything you needed and was also very clean. We stayed in a 3 bedroom house and it was well equipped for us over the Christmas holidays (even had a roaster for our turkey). It was tastefully decorated for Christmas and had lovely hot chocolate and candy canes which were nice. The house was incredibly clean - and even had some laundry soap and bounce sheets to use for the few loads of laundry we did. The grounds are well kept and although there wasn’t a skating rink (temps not cold enough to make a rink) there was still lots of great places to walk around the grounds that were regularly plowed and sanded.

Having a clothes rack would have been helpful as we stayed for a number of days and used the in house laundry. Air con was also capped at 22 degrees and we would have liked it a little cooler.

It was so peaceful with great views of the mountains and less than 2 mins drive to the Main Street with dinner options and great coffee at the Big Horn Cafe! The accommodation (villa 61) had pretty much everything we needed (we stayed for 4 nights).

The house is very clean and looked newly built. Facilities are well maintained and catered the whole family. Personally I love the whole house it's complete with bonus fireplace, porch and BBQ grill. It's just simply perfect and price was reasonable.

Absolutely no “extras” in the kitchen - not even salt and pepper. Very basic kitchen items.

The beds were not super comfortable, the mattresses were sagging. It wasn't terrible by any means but it was hard on some people's backs. The pillows and bedding were nice though.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the one issue we encountered was solved very quickly. The vacation houses were spacious and lovely and well stocked. The rec centre is very nice and had plenty to do, we all wished we had more time to hang out there.

Abundant space in the vacation home and the resort. Superb location with easy access to the town, seconds to drive or only minutes to walk. Pool and hot tub are a fantastic way to relax. Club house has a games room with pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, and ping pong to provide hours of entertainment. There is also a decent selection of board games and puzzles to use at the activity center or to take back to your domicile.

Only thing my husband and I didn't like is was there was not a door on the master bedroom bathroom, the bed was facing the toilet and glass shower, felt no privacy to be able to use the bathroom.

We will be coming back next summer!! The house was amazing and was huge!! It really felt like a home and had everything you would need to bake cookies or a cake and even had a Turkey roaster! This is an ideal place to spend the holidays with family! We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to go back! Definitely check out their website!

Our vacation home was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We liked the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. It's very close to the Kootanay NP and many other attractions. It was a very relaxing stay.
