There was nothing to like in the property. No support from staff. AC not working. No facility.

Lot of things were down the grade. Like there was no staaf or reception. No responsible person to whom we can talk about any inconvenience. We bought a parking but still we had to struggle almost 30 minutes every-time we are going in or out.

Great location Instructions for self check-in are clear Effort in the design

The room we chose was very small, it was convenient but we had to be smart on using the space.

Our room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable queen beds. We appreciated having a kitchen space and table, and enjoyed using the coffee maker each morning. The hotel was situated right in the middle of the Saint-Roch neighbourhood (lots of cafes and restaurants), and it was only about a 15-20 minute walk up to the old city.

Occasionally there was some street noise, but it didn’t disturb us too much.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel strongly that future travelers—especially families—should be aware of what we experienced at this hotel. This hotel has no front desk or receptionist. All communication is handled strictly via email, which might seem convenient but caused serious issues for us. When we arrived two hours before check-in, there was no place to wait inside. With two young children, we had to stand on the street near downtown, which turned out to be a very unsafe environment. The area surrounding the hotel had many homeless individuals, some of whom were shouting loudly. To make matters worse, during our short wait, we witnessed a bicycle theft right in front of us, along with other unsettling incidents. My children were extremely frightened, began crying, and even asked to leave the city entirely. It was heartbreaking, and completely ruined the beginning of our trip. Once we were finally able to check in, my kids were so upset that they refused to leave the room for the rest of the day. As a result, our one-day trip was entirely ruined, since I couldn’t take them out again. The next morning, things got even worse. When I went to retrieve my car from the parking garage, I couldn’t find an accessible door—all entrances were locked. I spent over two hours (from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM) trying to get help. I called and emailed multiple times, but no one responded. Meanwhile, my children were crying and begging to just go home. I cannot express how helpless and stressful that situation was. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you're traveling with family or value responsive service and safety, do not waste your vacation by booking this hotel.

Hotel was close to train station and 20 min walk of downtown Quebec.

There was no lift so had to haul case up stairs. Room fine for 1 person but would have been hard to find room for cases if 2 people in room. Room cold at times

Close to historic Quebec city. Staff responded quickly to our inquiries and provided remote support. Hotel room was clean and cozy.

Everything is done remotely. No one on site to talk to. Stairs to the hotel room floor with no elevator can be an issue for the disabled or if you have to carry large suitcases.

Excellent location, on a cute street with cafès and shops. We found the walk to Old City very doable, took us 15 min and very easy to do with sidewalks, a park. The hotel is new, well maintained, spotless.

The hotel is truely almost invisible from the street, yet it has many rooms. Note that you have to climb stairs as there is no elevator and the rooms are all above ground level. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The old city is still within walking distance.

Parking can be challenging. Windows cannot be opened.

-Comfortable bed, -nice and clean -nice location

    - The refrigerator was quite hot, I would say due to not enough ventilation could be a fire hazard. -would be nicer if there was an elevator. ( not easy carrying luggage up the stairs . -Ice bucket in the room but no ice machine or vending machines . Could have another mirror outside of the bathroom incase the bathroom is being used .

Clean, modern room. The bed was comfortable. It’s an easy walk to go to the Gare du Palais station. “Rose” was quick to respond to any queries. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker, small mini fridge was appreciated.

No reception, so no place to leave bags if you arrive before check in time of 4pm. Lots of homeless people in the area. Our room had no desk, no chair and no microwave. The lighting in the alcove above the hand basin was inadequate. No view from our room and no outside seating.

Extremely clean. Everything was like brand new. The kitchen appliances were beyond the standards of a hotel room. Shops around...Nice colors in room. Multiple light options, you could adjust the light of room with multiple lights it had. It was one of my best experiences in terms of cleanliness.

They did not renew the coffee cartridges for my second day despite I asked. They said "we refill the storage box" but they never did.

This hotel is really so lovely. So clean, so modern and in a location right next to a supermarket and a lot of restaurants. It’s also close to the train station! I had no issues at all honestly. I would definitely 100000% stay again!

Location is generally good, but it is definitely not in the tourist hotspot (i.e petit champlain, place d’armes etc.). It’s about a 30 min walk to the tourist hotspots and sightseeing places that you see about Quebec on social media. There is no elevator that I saw. No issue for me because I was on the 2nd floor and had a little carryon that I could bring up the stairs, but if it was a larger, heavier suitcase, I’d imagine having no elevator would be annoying.
