We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe paid 44 dollars per dog on site… so almost 100 dollars for two dogs and they said that the chalets with dogs did not have option to reserve a chalet with a hot tub even though it was exactly the same layout!!! So weird. And they charge 75 dollars more for a spa outside… which I was willing to pay on top of 44 dollars per dog and still a big fat no. No reasoning why… think the dogs will go swimming in the spa?? Otherwise it’s the same chalet than ours with no spa Restaurant not open And the boxes for the ready made meals in chalet must be ordered 48 hours ahead of time. Nobody told us that. A lot of the chalets have a pound sound from the highway and they are definitely built in the 70’s
Good price in the fall for a large 2 bedroom two bathroom chalet.

CanadaThe only minus for us was the sound of the road, but it does mean that accessibility is great.
The cottage was extremely well equipped, we lacked nothing during the stay. The lake is small but perfect for a nice paddle. Location is close to parks and trails as well as Mont Tremblant own. Beds were comfortable and and the BBQ was a bonus.
