The bathroom had a wall of frosted glass that faced into the bedroom. Did not give a feeling of privacy!

Appreciated the elevator, and the ease of getting a bucket of ice from the downstairs bar. Convenient and walkable to everything we wanted to do and see.

There was a continuous low throbbing throughout the night probably from the machinery.associated with the central air or the elevator. Our room was in the back with a view of a solid white wall. A room on the street side would have had a view and perhaps no throbbing machine sound.But..One adapts.

Room was small but large enough. Great shower. Clean. Comfortable bed. Great air conditioning since it was extremely hot and humid outside.

The hotel is in the middle of a street which you can not drive on. you have to find the public parking lot and then bring your luggage to the hotel.

Our room had no windows, except one that looked in to a small interior area with a skylight, which was too small to call a courtyard. I would definitely request to NOT have this room if I stayed here again.

Our only issue was the tv. Very limited selection of English speaking stations and all liberal. CNN and no conservative stations. No access to YouTube

Our shower had a full length window that faced the bedroom and did not allow privacy when taking a shower. Restaurant does not serve breakfast.

The room was a little tight on space for our family of four adults with lots of luggage, but that's to be expected in old Quebec. We certainly didn't mind and were still comfortable. It would be the perfect size for a couple or a smaller group.

The location was perfect. I also loved the decor and the way the hotel had a modern leaning but kept some of the old architectural features of the building. Although we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, it was very convenient and added great ambiance to the space. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. A great stay, overall!

The TV didn't work in the room. Although we didn't spend much time in the room so this was only briefly noticed and I didn't alert the front desk because it would have involved them coming to the room, etc. and wasn't worth the disruption. The shower pressure was also a little weak but the shower got HOT which was more important to me.

The location was perfect! Staying in such a walkable city, it was ideal to pop in and out of our room while exploring the sites. The room was able to get nice and cool which I enjoy for sleeping and it was quite quiet.

The heating on the room wasn’t working or at least we couldn’t control it. For the time we were there we had a little trouble sleeping in the night as the room was really hot.

In winter restaurant is closed so not much of a lobby. No access from street so had to carry luggage from city hall parking garage. Ok if you are fit, but would not recommend if you need assistance or can’t carry luggage. Lock on door was installed upside down.
