CanadaOur first room, 113, and no heat. The staff moved us to 117 and the drain for the sink had no crossmember in the drain to stop anything if you dropped it in the sink. The hotel was full so we do appreciate the staff accommodating us.

King bed and seating options . It appears a lot of smokers could smell strong order of pot and cigarettes throughout hallway . Access door from parking lot lock is crap was that way last stay. They tell you it is finicky but seem not want to fix it. Railroad still noisy.

Canadagarbage overflowing in every single garbage can on the property.
24/7 Denny's on site which was great because Cranbrook shuts down at 8PM on Sunday night. Room was clean and Front Desk clerk was quick to tell some kids to stop running in the hallway.

BrazilIt's what you should expect for a lower value hotel. The AC was super loud and you have to slam all the doors to close them (I asked at the front desk). No way I was going near that pool. That being said, I would stay here again.
The room was clean. The shower pressure was nice and the staff were friendly.

CanadaThere was a line up of people waiting to check in and that process was going slower than what I’ve seen at other hotels. It was a grind to lug my baggage up to the second floor since there was no elevator. The complimentary coffee in the morning wasn’t very good and all they had was powdered creamer instead of real cream.

CanadaWe don't stay in motels very often so had to spend a bit f time searching for things. There were no hospitality flyers anywhere and we are not technical people so we're unable to access a room service menu or even figure out how to use the scan thingys that were on the desk. Tv watching was a challenge, but was promised that it would be rectified when I complained on checkout.
Location of restaurant was great as weather was bad. Toilet in a very cramped space, a large person would have gotten stuck. The manager that was on when I checked out was very good when I complained about TV service, but the one when I checked in could have come to our room when I complained instead of just giving me a TV channel to view
