Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

TV wasn’t working and no offer to change our room or discount was offered. Was a little expensive for a bed when we arrived late in the afternoon and were leaving early the next morning.
Central for our route of travel. Lovely sized rooms. Big bathroom and very clean.

First room they gave us was first floor right beside check in desk. Really? We could hear everything going on in lobby . We asked to switch rooms and they readily accommodated our request. I slept on the sofa bed and.I felt every spring. For such a quality hotel I was surprised the mattress wasn't better quality.

Nothing-all good!
Check in fast, lots of included parking front and back, Denny’s and Chop House connected to hotel. King room with 1 bedroom, almost full kitchen (no oven), everything in kitchen, need to bring own spices/oils. Full sized fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Big bathroom connected to kitchen and bedroom, 2 closets, 2 AC/Heater units that blow hard even on low. Two tvs, included wifi. Ample lights. Great access to down town via Lorne, close to Idylwlyd and other shopping. Overall, good stay!

Toilet ran every 5 minutes or so. Bed was already VERY worn in and too soft, bowing in the middle.
Location was easy to get anywhere. Circle drive is right there. Shower was great. Modern feel. Different firmness of pillows labeled. Great amenities.

Wish there would have a been a breakfast included. The two way see through shower was bizarre!! Never seen anything like that. Prefer traditional type.
The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Like that it is attached to Denny’s.

Nothing really. My wife forgot her deodorant and there was no ladies deodorant in the vending machine on the main floor. That would be the only complaint.

The cost seemed a little high for this type of hotel.
The breakfast was very good and the dinner the night before at Chop was also excellent. The location is very convenient for any travelling through as it is right off the main highway.

I thought I had booked a room with a queen bed but it was a double bed which was not the most comfortable for my husband and I. We were only given one washcloth as well. The price per night seems very high for the location, room, etc. but that seems to be the market rate in Saskatoon.
It was convenient to where we needed to be for the couple of days we were in town. The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Parking was available and easy to find. It was fairly quiet.

Very expensive the nite we stayed for a room that needed maintaining , bulbs needed changing , plug ins didn’t work , and the blind was broken ,

I dropped an article of clothing in the washroom and it came up dusty. Also the view from the window was only a roof and bird droppings running down the window.
The location was perfect as my medical appointment was in close proximity. The price charged was good also.

I didn’t like that the took a $250 damage deposit on my card and it’s over 12hrs and it still hasn’t been refunded.

The toilet leaked somehow as it would run on and off through the night. There was also no closet, and the little are there was, there were no hangers to hang up our dress clothes. Also nothing to set our suitcase on.
We went to Dennis for breakfast and it was really nice to be able to walk inside to the restaurant. LOVE that you have robes in the closet, one of my favorite perks!
