Location was great. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly.

The strong aroma throughout the hotel was unpleasant. At first I thought it must have came from another guest standing nearby but, it could be smelt thought out the hotel and very strong in the main lobby. If I was some one who had a scent allergy I would have had to check out. I am fairly certain the scent is sandalwood and found it odd they would have it so potent. The pool/hot tub area very small compared to other hotels I have stayed. Even though the pool wasn’t crowded the chlorine mist and steam coming from the hot tub burned the eyes the minute you enter the pool area. This is the first time I have encountered this and the other explanation I can think as to why would be the size of the room. Beds were fine if you like firm. We used the pull out sofa for my 11 year old. It was all spring. She said it was terrible. We stayed at the Delta a few months ago, she used the pull out sofa there as well and said it was much softer and more comfortable.

Good parking. Rooms were good size. The pool area was wonderful, though it can use more places to put your towel and robe and shoes.

The shower wasn’t the best.

It was clean. The staff were great. Loves the pool. The location was great. It’s close to St. John’s but far enough away to be out of the busily of the city core

I liked that it was centrally located and easy to get other places, it was attached to two restaurants.

Pool was SMALL, and there was no hotel breakfast, for that one reason I don’t think I would stay at this location again.

The rooms were dirty from dirty linen, bugs and the shower backing up. Poor management and the staff is quite rude.

Almost everything. Nothing was clean or enjoyable. We had to change rooms 3 times in the first 24 hrs of our stay. The pool levels were so high it would burn your eyes and kids we unable to swim. The gym facilities were closed as well during our stay even though I had confirmed the day before arrival they would be open.

I loved everything about the hotel, especially the proximity to Denny's. The one time I had an issue, and went to the front desk about it, it was resolved instantly.

Very clean tidy and the complantary coffee was a great addition

We stayed in one of the suites with kitchen. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lots of amenities like grocery stores and restaurants nearby by car.

Kenmount Rd is very busy. Difficult to make a left turn across traffic.

We loved our suite condo style with kitchen it was comfortable. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly. Convertor stopped working, we needed a steak knife and our hair dryer stopped working i actually think its the plug that doesn't work in the bathroom please check room 410.

My hubby and I wanted to take advantage of the pool and hot tub but I noticed every morning i was working out that pure Javax bleach was being poured into the pool and hot tub with NO measurements. And not once did anyone whole I was there take any sort of water measurements. A little sketchy to me. So needless to say we did not take advantage of the very high and STRONG chlorine smelling pool and hot tub.....a must look into.
