For the price of the stay I expected 4 star place but feels more like 2.5 stars. The washroom was really dirty, shower wall not well cleaned. poo stained under the toilet rim and in the drain. Sink plug was broken (this was quickly fixed by staff) AC remote battery died. Floors were dirty. The night light in the room only turns on IF the main light is on which defeats the purpose of night stand lights. Living Room has no table to put things in front of couch. Kitchen high chairs were ripped and look like they were chewed by dogs. The transition path between main and tower buildings is very awkward. A lot of the minor things in and around the hotel are poorly built/ repair, making the hotel look cheap.

The hotel was under renovations, there was no real explanation as to where the "tower" was which was the part of the hotel I was staying in which is essentially a different building from the main building. But one of the house keepers was kind enough to explain to me where to go.

The room was exactly as advertised, very spacious, comfortable beds, quite clean. They were very accommodating in regards to rooms, I had to add a night of booking on the Thursday prior and they were able to check me into my room for the Friday to Sunday right as I was checking out of the other room. I was very pleased with that.

The room was not maintained very well . Air conditioner in the room made a chirping sound , so couldn’t use it and sleep. The hotel was quiet from other guests but the road noise from Harvey Ave was very loud. The fridge had all the bars in the door missing so couldn’t put any food or drinks in the door. Cabinets are worn and just look old and dirty.

Old. Tired. Bathroom looks filthy even if they cleaned it. Bathroom sink didn’t empty. Shower tile grout full of black filth. Under construction but was not mentioned in booking site. Parking very tight.

Central. Close to Costco and airport. Lovely staff. Clean white bedding.

The air conditioner was noisy and it was difficult to adjust the fan on it. We were provided 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one face cloth only, so we were not given a standard amount of towels.

The room was small but reasonably comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. The desk staff was polite and competent.

The cleanliness was awful there was floss on the floor from the previous person, the door you had to force shut. Out my door was the pool so that’s all you could hear. The ac didn’t really work. The ladies there were nice but there was a couple guys who just were not very friendly. All around look when you get in your room is just kind of dark and dingy.

Noise. People in and out of room at all hours. Window not very good. Heard people talking on street below and were on sixth floor. No change room at pool. Very difficult to find way around hotel. Sign not good. Would to lobby but how to get back.

Bath up was a little old (need to fix it) due to water drain stuck for a while when use the shower. When I booked the room, it does mentioned room has microwave & electric kettle. In reality there is no electric kettle (I have to call and asked for it) and no microwave. When I called in, they said due to fire hazard I can't have microwave in my room. But some room has microwave in it. Im very disappointed.

Room was ok, enough for me to stay 2 nights with my sister. Bed was comfortable.

We were put in the basement with our patio door opening to the pool. We had no light and it was so dark and dingy. You would think if they saw 4 adult women all staying together they wouldn’t think to put them down on the pool floor with the children looking into our room. Very uncomfortable. Also, the fan in our bathroom was so loud we could not even turn the light on to use it. It was insanely loud and disruptive.
