The t.v. didn’t work. The blinds were all broken (had to put a blanket up so that people couldn’t see in). The inside chain lock was busted. The bathroom cupboards were broken. No shelves in the fridge. Did I say that the t.v. didn’t work! There was no table/desk or chair in the room. We had booked a Queen room and got two double beds. The toilet was tippy. The bath mat was all gross. The room next to us looked like an absolute disgusting dump! The room was very dated! We’ve stayed there before (last time was 2019) - but probably will not return! It’s a shame that the current owners don’t know how to turn it back into the jewel that it should be!

Love the location and loved that the a/c worked and loved that we could park right outside of our room and loved that the motel clerk was extremely pleasant!

Dirty washroom smelled like pee .spiders all over the room. rat or mice infestation . They only provided plastic cups for the coffee maker .They put me next to what seemed like a drug addict living there with junk everywhere outside. The blinds where broken so u could see in the room and the door did not lock as it should

Room wasn't cleaned properly with dirt, bottle caps and a used crusty tea bag all noticable on the floor. Room was in state of disrepair with broken window blinds, the main light barely functioned. Room has two entrances at the front and from the hall, neither had the ability to lock the door apart from chain locks, leaving a very insecure feeling. Pictures are far from representative. Overpriced at festival weekend pricing.

Room didn’t seem clean, there was lots of drywall dust and there was an old used teabag on the bathroom floor. There were many extension cords and power bars throughout the room. The bathtub faucet leaked and there were many rust stains in the tub

The rooms had the appropriate furniture. Staff was friendly, and quick to fix the light that was burnt out.

The room was old, ceiling needs repair, bathroom was old, toilet needs to be replaced, needs renovation. Microwave has broken handle carpet needs cleaning.

I just don't know how this place has been approved by the authorities. Safety hazards everywhere. Electrical plugs squigly and not properly attached to the wall. Threshold from bedroom to washroom half inch above ground - tripping in it if you're rushing to toilet. Workmanship is awful all around and very iutdated. Window missing knob so one can hardly open it for fresh air. Bedding was clean but bed sheets go only halfway up to just above waste. What is that? Not to mention dirty stairway and falling apart witj junk and drywall just before going out to our room. Cobwebs everywhere and not one chair in the balcony . Yhis place neefs a good clean up and reno.

They need to learn a lot about room upkeep. Wobby outlet  where are you have to unplug microwave to plug in the little mini coffee maker. cobwebs in the corner I think the room could’ve used an extra vacuum .threadbare toilet paper, of course. and not sure why they’re short sheeting the beds, made up with the cotton sheet, coming up to my knees.!? grimy bedroom side window if I wanted to try opening it, but it was missing a knob. Broken cement TRIP HAZARD, dirty rugs, other obstacles and construction storage in the way of an upstairs room he gave a senior guest. (he insisted because it was the renovated room.?!)

Bed sheets were stained. Hallway had slight odour. Paint peeling in a number of places. The sheets make the experience somewhat gross.

There was no closet; nothing but a stand alone coat rack that fell over with any but the minimum of clothes and could not take hangers. Only one chair and no table/desk. TERRIBLE Flys. You could see by stains on sheets; dirt in the corners etc that the rooms are not properly maintained. Unit beside us must have been a monthly rental but from all the junk in front of it dead plant, Booze both empty and full, storage boxes, buckets etc looked more like a homeless encampment

We all understand older hotels are not as fancy or pretty as modern, but a little maintenance would go a long way. Our room had some previous wayer damage, so the ceiling paint was hanging off the dryway in large sections throughout the room. The ac turned on and made nois but didn't work, and the tap for on the sinks was broken. The room was carpeted and it was very, very dirty. Could use a bit of spider clean up as well. Bed was hard but did the trick for the little time we spent in the room.

We knew it wasn't going to be great based on the reviews and choose to stay anyways. It was in a good location, and for 2 nights, it was under $200, which was why we stayed there.

It did not look like the room had been cleaned. There were fruit loops on the floor and someone's sunglasses that they had forgot also on the floor. The mirrors didn't look clean and two of the towels had long hairs on them.

Older property, every thing looked tired and repair needed in both of our rooms.

No facial tissue, limited and scratchy towels. Entrances were dismal - much TLC needed.

Bed linens were crisp and clean. Overall clean.

The room wasnt very clean, didnt smell clean upon entering. The front window ledge looked like its not been cleaned in quite sometime. The comforter/duvet had something crusty on it, not sure how often they are washed, if at all. Towels were enough for 1 person, had to ask for more, shower wall had something slimy on it. 2 very thin pillows provided, also had to ask for more. Coffee maker was missing its basket to hold the coffee "pod" had to ask for one. No interior lock for the outer door, which provides very little comfort while staying there. WIFI randomly drops multiple times throughout the day

The room was very run down. Holes in the walls and ceiling, the sheets did not look fresh as we saw hair in both beds, both sink tap knobs kept falling off. The beds were terribly old and uncomfortable

Close to amenities. Great shower pressure, clean towels daily, garbages emptied daily, the front office man was very nice. The price was fair.
