The atmosphere is quite unpleasant. From what I understood, many people practically live there, and the environment feels very heavy. There were shirtless people sitting in the hallways smoking weed. The hotel manager was irresponsible and not around when needed. On the day of checkout, he told us we had to wait until he woke up and arrived (around 10 am), which meant we couldn’t continue our trip early because he had stayed up late. Later, we read in the news that a man was stabbed at this place. I’m not surprised!

The door knob was falling off, the only security was the deadbolt. The toilet had been used and wasn't flushed. I had to call several times to get my $300 security deposit back several weeks later.

Two rooms of our friends booking was paid but was cancelled at the time of checked in. The manager didn’t even do anything to resolved this issue or offer any assistance. The room looks clean but found a bug on the bed and cockroach in the fridge. Lack of proper sanitation. They should improve this badly.

Location is close to groceries. Rooms have kitchen and kitchenware’s are also available.

Our experience at the motel has been below satisfactory. Upon arrival, we discovered cockroaches in one of the assigned rooms. The staff promptly provided a replacement room, which we did not have cockroach. However, both rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor, including cigarette smoke, making them unsuitable for my family, which includes children. These conditions do not meet the standards expected for a family-friendly stay. Stains in the bedsheet. The motel was noisy at night, with neighbors not being considerate. Location was great. The cost of motel was not cheap as compared to other nearby places to justify this kind of condition. We also had someone come into our room in our absence (i dont know why but I know from the evidence that someone had come in). Not recommended for family.

Poor wasn't clean so didn't use it. Looks as if many rooms are long term rentals for those less fortunate. People hanging out in stairways etc

Bathroom needs to be painted. Bathtub was clean but surface needs resurfacing.

Staff were attentive. Bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker were clean. TV was working. Table with two chairs. Closet with hangers. Pet friendly.

They should mention they house full time residents in transition. Not just a hotel. Hot tub was not running, a wet cloth on the walls would go a long way. Day of checkout, they were not open at 9am as sign says, and expected us to wait until 10 30am for checkout and to get our deposit back. Completely unacceptable but thankfully he had is wife do it. Just had to wait half hour.

The floor was filthy, my feet were black after walking around for just a few moments without my sandals. The cups... they were brand new, so brand new that they had dollar store stickers on them: and not the bottom, like around the lip of the cups - you could tell they were never once washed after purchase. The microwave didn't work. The TV was unable to operate regular cable, only by signing into a personal streaming account - and I didn't try that so I don't know if that worked, either.

The front desk agent was friendly when I checked in, I guess he lives above the office. They were too distracted to even say thank you on my way out, though. I waited a few minutes then came back, there was some kind of fuss with a regular so I just left the keys and walked away. The towels appeared clean. The small A/C unit worked fine.

The place was filthy, and loud at night, and it took too long for the manager to refund our damage deposit. Will never be staying here again.
