The price is great, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. If you are looking to be pampered with high end bathrobes and Egyptian cotton sheets, this place is not for you. It is a decent, safe place to stay while in Wasaga, that is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach. I was only there for only one night and it suited me perfectly.

Stayed several times before no issues ,but this time was infestion of bugs that looked like cock roaches i had informed the staff and they didnt say anything just looked at me

No proper remote control to control the television’s volume. Very bare and underwhelming. Fridge barely works. No towels. No carpet at entrance or in bathroom.

The room is old, lots of spiders crawling around. The bathroom sink is super small and has almost no space to even put a tooth brush. I paid the same price staying at a 5 star hotel in Niagara falls. I guess we are mostly paying for location and all the opportunities around. Not the actual motel.

I like that it was walking distance to the beach. The staff were helpful and informative. The location is very close to all the Wasaga beach entertainment. That is the main reason we chose this motel.

I didn’t like that they tried to upsell me by calling me twice after check-in, once to make sure that we wanted to stay another week (no??!!) and another time to ask how I’d pay. Everything was already prepaid with booking, so I was not going to pay twice. The room was clean you could say but smelled off. The bed frame looked like it was broken in half and was made of ripped material. We were scared that it would be full of bugs! The futon looked also dirty and had stains. We tried to not sit on anything, did not leave anything in the room and tried to ignore the nodding out people in the middle of the street.

We liked the proximity to the beach.

The room was not overly clean and not what the photos advertised but it was long weekend and I assume as we booked last minute it was all that was available.

I was overcharged and had to wait a long time for a credit, which I finally received after many e-mails and phone calls.

It wasn’t clean and had no working televisions. The first thing I noticed was the insane amount of lint being blown from the air conditioner onto the bed below. I got toilet paper and cleaned what I could. I opened all the windows and left for the beach. After a full day out, I came back to the room to learn that the tv didn’t work. I was told that no room in the hotel has a working television - as advertised. I asked to speak to the manager but no one contacted me. I didn’t feel like reading anymore so decided to take a bath. That’s when I learned that no one cleaned the bath - there was hair all over. The floor was filthy in all corners and there was dried urine on the outside of the toilet. Not that I would have a bath at this time, but there also wasn’t a plug to do so. No one was at the hotel to speak to at this time. I used a towel to sit on the horrible sofa, had a horrible sleep (although my bed was comfortable), and was very happy to leave the dingy motel. I didn’t get what I paid for.

The distance to my event was terrific. It is also a very short walk to the beach.
