Very comfortable stay

Bathroom door doesn't close properly

Place was clean and could see upgrades are in progress We found it very hot first night, air con was not really doing its job Other that that it worked well for our needs

Bedroom blinds didn’t blackout so woken when it got light Lighting in main room very dim Bathroom door didn’t lock or even remain closed! Very very hot in warm weather- no real air circulation even with fans

Well managed, self check in was a breeze; the place was clean, with all basic supply for a kitchen, and coffee and sugar were provided; walking to a well provisioned market, and a few good restaurants.

Nothing other than to say that those who can’t do stairs should pay attention when booking.

Location was great, kitchen was simple but well stocked, appreciate having a few games to play with the family bedding seem clean.

Stairs were very tricky for a toddler, not cleaned after significant snow fall! Upstairs neighbour made the stay intolerable, he watch TV at defcon 5, the windows in the apartment rattled with the base, was this loud to about 11pm each night, then he went out to party got home around 230am each night, and seemed like he was wearing ski boots in the living room it was that loud. It was so bad on the Friday night the wife and toddler seriously considered leaving early, Saturday night was the same, then Sunday morning he decided to scrape the ice of his deck starting at 615am, Toilet lid was broken, tiles were in very poor condition. Baseboard was in very poor condition The place was very dirty, superficially it looked clean but when you looked around it was very dirty, toddler dropped one of his cars under the sofa!! Wow that was an experience, you can definitely tell it’s never been moved or cleaned under there. The furry Matt in the bedroom was disturbing how dirty it was, you can tell it’s never been washed. That went straight outside. My expectations were low considering the price but the place definitely needs a deep clean and some love. For single guy looking to head up there just to ski it would be OK but for a family with a young toddler I would avoid Was given the Wi-Fi password and access via message from the owner. Turns out the Wi-Fi is not even used anymore. Had to scramble to find the router get access for a 6 AM meeting that I had.

Cozy place with walking distance to creekside gondola. Very clean and comfortable. Very spacious for two ppl.

Ppl should be aware that there is no on-site laundry facilities and need to take stairs to access to the property. This doesn’t concern us but might be inconvenient for family with small children.

Location to the lift was excellent! SUPER close! And there was parking available for two cars!

It had a little bit of a moldy smell to the unit, and could have had some better cleaning done.

Location was fantastic. Convenient to gondola, supermarket, and restaurants in Creekside.

Nothing major. Would be good to have a few more plates and bowls etc for eating. Also, perhaps add some instructions in the welcome booklet on how to use TV.

The bed was very comfy. The staff was very accommodating and helpful

There are not enough beddings for the couch pull out bed. The cups were chipped and not enough dishes. It would be nice to have extra towels, etc
