On the lake- but it was fenced and closed. There are many jacuzzis but they were all the same and nobody was in them. The only pool used was the large one and it is really warm. It’s not really a spa.

The outdoor spa area was a bit dirty with cigarette butts, cups and trash even in the morning. The staff seem overworked but are super helpful when you can find them!

Room was fantastic, well equipped with a beautiful view. The common area is great and the breakfast was a great deal, very fresh.

It says that they provided robes for the spa, but in reality, it's only for people who take a suite. The spas that were open were the small ones like 4 at a time, and there were only 2 open. The indoor spa never got warm, and there was a terrible smell. The space of the indoor pool was small, so it smelled bad as well, and lots of humidity was felt in the air since it's such a small space. Bed makes noise, so there is no privacy. I heard the neighbors, and they probably heard us as well...

The location was nice, but I bet it's even nicer in summer to enjoy the view on the lake. The room was cute. Bed gives massage with relaxation music felt good

Hotel is a bit like Faulty Towers, even the manager looks a bit like Basil. They have vibrating beds, 7 different settings, but no off switch - tricky. Property is advertised as having a private beach, it does, but it’s closed out of season. Manager was “yes, but no”.

    Whirlpool bath was good.

Been there other times. And will go back for sure. Nice and quiet even though between midnight and one am a couple was arguing very loud and woke us up but that isn't the Hotel fault.

Rooms could be more clean and the inside start to date, renovations by professional will be needed at a certain point. Some things already renovated were clearly not done by professionals.

The neuro bed, the view on the lake, the spas and sauna and the multiple things and options available at the auberge.

The hotel being a bit old, the spa's, pool and sauna are definitely add on.... it was not as spacious I expected but did the trick for 1 night.

The breakfast was really good but I was expecting a real breakfast and not a lunch box delivered to the room just like if we were still in the covid era....

No food options nearby whereas some other hotels on the same street have their own patio bars / restaurants. Outdated look and furniture. Bugs in the hotel room and very creaky floors. Hot/cold indicator on shower was super sensitive.

Location was great! Access to beach nearby! Hot tubs and pool! Amazing view from the hotel!

I didn't like the fact that on the day of checkout , which was on Monday at 11 am, (even though the check-in was on Saturday at 3pm), and despite the fact that we went to the beach just one day on the two nights and 3 days we stayed over, they didn't let us keep the card to have access to the beach for a couple of hours more, when I asked to the receptionist. Also, I didn't like the fact that they didn't clean our room after the first night of staying; no one showed up, while they showed up right away the day of the checkout as sson as we left the room, which it was one of their suites. 👎I was expecting more in that sense, considering the price of the suite.

I liked the location, just in front of the lake and of the beach ⛱️ , it was so peaceful. And I have to admit Sainte Agathe des Monts is very beautiful 😍

no restaurant, bar or café shop. too many rules at the spa area. feels more like a school than a welcoming environment. the “ private’ balcony we had was a common area shared with 2 other rooms, though each room had its own deck fourniture clearly identified and we were lucky to be the last room so no one would walk through our area. bring in the first floor, opening the drapes meant anyone could peak into the room 🤪

super location. super clean. super comfortable bed and pillows.
