The air conditioner was very noisy in an irregular way. Near front door , so noisy.

Problem with the A/C squealing in the middle of the night. Had to shut down ventilation. They were unable to find our reservation when we arrived. Check in took a while until they found a room.

Bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Room was not vented before our arrival. Screen on exterior was faulty, unable to access fresh air. Only overhead fluorescent room lighting- no lamps - AC/Heater on windows side where one bed is- other bed separated by washroom. Temperature inconsistent in room between two spaces.

Staff friendly welcome Conviently located to downtown, with car.. Near several tourist stops. Free parking on weekend Room clean and provided towels and soap. Safe space, clean.

This is originally a residence, and using it as hotel during the summer when students are not using it. so kot a hotel.

Well, it's a college dormitory, so it's spartan. The two beds are on opposite sides of the room with a bathroom in between. There is no TV. There is no on-site eating facilities and nothing within walking distance. You have a drive a few miles to get to any restaurants, stores or gas stations.

It cost less than other properties in the area.

The major problem was the water in the shower was cooler than lukewarm. I let it run for a long time and it didn't warm up. I tried to shower but all I could do was quickly get in and out, not clean myself adequately. I ended up using a washcloth in the sink. My grandson didn't use the shower at all. We had a long, hot and sweaty day ahead of us. It was not a good start to our day. We were under time constraints and not able to voice our concerns to anyone at the residence.

It was exactly what we were looking for.... inexpensive beds for the night. It wasn't fancy, just adequate. It was easy to check in, come and go during the evening, close to the venues we were attending. We had only one complaint but it was important. We were pleased that towels, shampoo, etc were available.

There is no microwave!!! We couldn’t have dinner because it was no microwave in the entire building to warm it up!!! This was so upsetting.

Location is good. Rooms are quite comfortable, especially if your bed faces the window. The other bed is too dark.

Like others mentioned the pillow was terrible , I was going to bring my own but I forgot.

It was clean, and very quiet. Location is great right across from Lake Ontario Park

Clean simple quiet and good value. Close to lake front park. Safe walkable area. Very relaxing and would reccomend to others travelling on a budget or as a lone traveller.

Not having even a kettle was a problem while the residence does not provide any meal and there is no restaurant or coffe-shop nearby. So I could not prepare a cup of tea.

It was neat and clean and calm. I checked in as I arrived (before 4 pm) and I checked out later than expected without extra charge.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Glenn at front desk was very friendly and helpful, he made me feel at home! The laundry facilities were a great addition too.

This is a great and economical way to spend a couple of days in Kingston without busting the bank. Keep in mind that these are student dorm buildings, so the rooms are tidy and clean but simple, as you'd expect from such a place.
