The door was very loud and needs some attention, no regular cream at the breakfast for my husband, lumpy pillow but beds were comfortable

Location, cleanliness, timely check in, almond milk was at the breakfast bar which I appreciated, staff were nice.

before checkout scheduled at 11am, on two separate occasions, a cleaning staff walked into my room. Once at 10:47am and another time at 10:53 am. A quick knock immediately followed by them fully walking into the room. No time to meet them at the door or yell out to them. This is completely unacceptable. Once would be weird, but twice is absurd. My partner and I were in the midst of changing and found it to be incredibly uncomfortable. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and never had this happen (and not twice in a row).

As I mentioned when checking out, there was a very loud noise coming from the ceiling vent in the bathroom which disturbed my sleep! Since we were on the top floor, I "think" that AC equipment on the roof may have been the source. If we return, we will request a room on a lower level!

Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent! We loved our room for size and location in a quiet area, away from the elevator. While we didn't use the small indoor pool, it looked very inviting!

There was a small issue with the toilet flushing properly, staff was helpful though and these things can happen.

Beautiful property, checkin was friendly and hospitable, management was great, and Michelle was amazing at breakfast.

The bathroom was large, but the location of the toilet paper holder was too close to the toilet, making it awkward to reach when needed. Hot water was somewhat slow to arrive when we used the shower and the sink.

Good location in a quiet area of town. Convenient access to grocery store next door. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The little kitchenette area was useful and the in-room coffee was OK. The bathroom had a decent-sized counter space. Easy access to the Wifi. Complimentary breakfast was OK. Staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

If you have mobility issues be sure to book a ground floor room! Location was on a busy road in a fairly run down area of town. From the outside the hotel looked a bit run down, inside it was the same - the tap on our wash basin was broken and fell off during our stay and the air conditioning was very noisy all night. The staff who greeted us on arrival was fairly unwelcoming, though the other 2 staff we saw were quite pleasant and helpful.

The room was comfortable and clean with super king sized bed. Good shower and convenient kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker and washing up area. Cutlery and crockery was provided. It was a short distance by car to a shopping mall and food outlets. The beach on the lake is not far away and definitely worth a visit for a swim. Breakfast was ok and plentiful.

The toilet is very low… Not overly tall, but the toilet seat landed just below my knee… Might want to place an assistive device on the wall beside the toilet.

The suite was spacious and clean. I was quite surprised by all of the amenities, and it was excellent value for what I spent.

Lock was broken on bathroom door. We tried to get a drink at their bar nobody there to serve us. The breakfast could definitely be better they didnt even have butter for toast/bagels.

I asked for early check in and they wanted $50.00 extra. When you have been on the road for awhile you want to freshen up and unpack. 3:00 pm check in is too late especially when you have to be out by 11:00. Next time I will find some place with free early check in. Landscape bad.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great, hot with good water pressure.
