The suite was great, comfortable bed and plenty of room!! Location was perfect and quiet!

Mentioned to front.desk the only thing recommended was the cleaning of the bathroom exhaust vent, everyone always forgets and should always look up to see what others may see!

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent.

No cream for coffee.

Location, cleanliness, timely check in, almond milk was at the breakfast bar which I appreciated, staff were nice.

The door was very loud and needs some attention, no regular cream at the breakfast for my husband, lumpy pillow but beds were comfortable

Room layout great Jacuzzi in the room was wonderful

There were some things that could have been fixed up nicer ...sanding and painting would cover the repairs better

before checkout scheduled at 11am, on two separate occasions, a cleaning staff walked into my room. Once at 10:47am and another time at 10:53 am. A quick knock immediately followed by them fully walking into the room. No time to meet them at the door or yell out to them. This is completely unacceptable. Once would be weird, but twice is absurd. My partner and I were in the midst of changing and found it to be incredibly uncomfortable. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and never had this happen (and not twice in a row).

Star the manager was helpful. Breakfast was just okay.

We have stayed here years before and hotel was wonderful. This time seems dated and run down. Could definitely use a make over. Marks and holes in walls. Tv in living room didn’t work ( Atar manager came to room and couldn’t fix tv either) Panels to hot tub were falling off, exposing motor. Drapes were hanging off wall. On button on hot tub broken. In general room was run down and definitely needed a renovation.

Great service & lovely room. Bed was super comfy & room was clean.

The pool was a lot smaller than expected.

I rented the room because it had a sofa bed as well as the main bed but when I opened up the sofa bed there was the worst old mattress and there was no bedding anywhere for it.

Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent! We loved our room for size and location in a quiet area, away from the elevator. While we didn't use the small indoor pool, it looked very inviting!

As I mentioned when checking out, there was a very loud noise coming from the ceiling vent in the bathroom which disturbed my sleep! Since we were on the top floor, I "think" that AC equipment on the roof may have been the source. If we return, we will request a room on a lower level!

Staff were lovely. Rm was a good size and kitchen was great with full fridge, stove microwave. Beds comfy

Noted room deficiencies- bathroom door was dirty, drywall patches on bathroom wall. Toilet rocked when sitting on it suggesting needs new seal. Carpet on the floor needs replacing, very dingy and both of us were sneezing once in the room. At first no coffee maker. I mentioned this to staff who were fantastic and brought a coffee maker. Unfortunately, when we went to use it in the morning it didn't work. Went out to morning meal to get coffee that was not good.

Beautiful property, checkin was friendly and hospitable, management was great, and Michelle was amazing at breakfast.

There was a small issue with the toilet flushing properly, staff was helpful though and these things can happen.

Great, the food was good. Would be nicer to have a larger space for seating for breakfast. Room was clean. Nice and quiet couldn’t hear any other guests talking or closing doors, we really appreciated that compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in

Good location in a quiet area of town. Convenient access to grocery store next door. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The little kitchenette area was useful and the in-room coffee was OK. The bathroom had a decent-sized counter space. Easy access to the Wifi. Complimentary breakfast was OK. Staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom was large, but the location of the toilet paper holder was too close to the toilet, making it awkward to reach when needed. Hot water was somewhat slow to arrive when we used the shower and the sink.
