Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBed was noisy. No place to put suitcases. ...other than lay on floor. Shower made the whole bathroom floor wet. No way to prevent sunlight in the morning (only had windows slats for privacy). Thought we were getting a king bed and instead had a queen size.
Great view from nice deck outside room. Wonderful toiletries. Great shower. Great towels. Housekeeping each day. Convenient parking. Comfortable bed.

I was surprised by how small it was The pool wasn’t open yet - this was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we booked. It’s a shame it wasn’t mentioned in the booking process that it wasn’t open yet They could do with more staff on the bar - I had to wait quite a while just to order a drink (let alone receive it)

CanadaNot enough power outlets in room. Need a more powerful in-room hair dryer. No change room beside spa pool. In winter, it's very cold for guests to wear only swimwear and bathrope to walk outside to reach spa pools.
Staff very helpful and attentive. Restaurant is amazing. Discovery menu and matching wine pairing was impeccable. Sommelier very knowledgeable and we have learnt a lot. Spa was lovely with great complementary warm ginger tea drink.

CanadaRoom 300 is all wonderful but needs an exterior light above the door for nighttime - hard to see its number and the place to tap the key. The railing into the hot tub needs to be reinforced. Finally the steps up into the sauna were slippery the day we were there. These slight problems were the only problems.
We loved its secluded location on a large beautiful property. We loved our room - 300- very much. The manor itself is beautiful and the hot tub and steam room were wonderful. The staff were all excellent.

CanadaRoom was small and under equipped e.g. no coffeemaker and not even a humble kettle. Breakfast was a la carte (not buffet) and too expensive imo.
The staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly. i interacted with maybe 10 different staff members and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were also super kind to my dog which was a great added bonus.

Not only an excepcional hotel in terms of architectural and finishing; but one of a kind in therms of service, hospitality and quality. The cuisine, is to say the least excepcional. From breakfast to meals throughout the day; finishing up with a sublime dinner is an experience to live every day!

CanadaI REALLY had to struggle to come up with a complaint, but I guess they could use an additional electric car charger? Let me stress that they have them, they were free when we were there, we used them and they were great.
An architectural gem in the heart of the Laurentians overlooking the stunning Lac des Sables. Staff went well above and beyond, in particular Caroline, their Gold Key concierge. We were shocked at how nice it was.
