As cars get bigger, the parking places seem to get smaller. Parking underground is tricky wherever you go.

Beds were super clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed. It also seems like just about the closest nicest hotel in the Rockies to the Calgary airport. Also liked the large hot tub.

Like many other wooden buildings, they are noisy, especially if those staying on the upper floors stomp their feet, which is quite annoying..

During the evening and often late at night, we could hear a lot of noise from the unit above and the staff couldn't really do anything because its an Air bnb so I ended up going up there to ask to please be mindful of others one time and the other times we just let it go since it seemed to be different groups every night.

We appreciated the staff being super kind and gratuities like coffee, coffee filters, detergent for washing machines and the location which is pretty close from downtown. We didn't need the car for all activities and could do some by foot. The place was pretty cozy and the pool was warm.

The microwave (above the stove) was too high. Need additional kitchen bowls or bigger containers. Towel rack was loose & TV’s reception was cutting off. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great- maybe more washing machine tablets, more coffee and tea options. Drip coffee is terrible.

We absolutely loved our stay! The family suite was gorgeous and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the location as we found that Canmore was more enjoyable than Banff. The washer dryer was a big bonus and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi.

I’d prefer if there weren’t small children in the hot tub, at least after a certain hour.

The location was great, very close to Banff and just over an hour from the airport. We loved having a full kitchen and the water pressure in the shower was great. It was my husband’s birthday and they sent Prosecco and chocolate upon our arrival with a nice note wishing him a happy birthday!

My truck is too tall in stock form to get into the underground parking. It was -20 to -26 and my truck did not want to start on my first night stay, I had to go get a lo ger extension cord and run it over to a plug on the NAPA building.

What breakfast? I did not know there was a breakfast offered. I really enjoyed the spacious room and the large balconies.

We were allocated rooms on the 1st floor and the views were not as nice as on the 3rd or 4th floors

room cleaning service however it was not an issue actually when we asked for towels and garbage changes there was no issue in them coming .

The parking garage is a bit difficult to navigate and the bathroom lights were bizarre and it took us a while to understand how to make them work as there were switches at both entrances but they both had to be "on".

The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbouring rooms at all.

Instructions for appliances needed

Room was very clean and a fantastic size. The kitchen and living room was lovely and comfortable. Beds were lovely and large plus well appointed bathrooms. BBQ on the balcony with gas provided was a great addition. Instructions on the operation of fire and washing machine would a nice touch
