It is beautiful inside & out. Gorgeous linens on the beds. Coffee & tea provided. Perfect location less than a block from the Main St. with its shopping , restaurants. It is Close to the theatres as well. The hosts are very accommodating.

Excellent location with included parking ... just a short walk to Avon Theatre. The bright, private room felt like home with beautiful finishings, a comfortable bed, and was stocked with everything one might need. The host was personable and very helpful.

We liked the property very much. It is good to realize that there are stairs should one have mobility issues.

The Stone’s Throw Stratford is a very beautiful place. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated inside and has a lovely accessible garden outside. The property is comfortable and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They are available on site should one need information or assistance; they are helpful but in no way intrusive. Downtown Stratford is but a very short “stone’s throw” away. We would recommend the Stone’s Throw Stratford to anyone looking for accommodation in Stratford.

Our stay at the Stone's Throw was incredible from the moment our reservation was confirmed thanks to the hosts' hospitality and warmth. Tim and Barb graciously accommodated our request for early arrival and parking. When we arrived, we received a personal welcome and a tour of the property - more fitting for friends visiting rather than guests. The room itself was out of a design magazine – tastefully decorated, charming, impeccably clean, and having everything you need from the mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, water pitcher, plates and glasses. The coffee machine and welcome cookies were my personal favourites! The hosts truly thought about everything you might need, and then more. The back yard, which the hosts graciously share with the guests and encouraged us to take advantage of, was a dreamy oasis. It also couldn't have been better location-wise: very central, walking distance from the main attractions and the theatres. We only stayed a weekend, but it allowed us to recharge and enjoy the experience fully.

Stones Throw provides a spacious room with en suite bathroom. There is a small eating area, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and plates and cutlery. The accommodation is very clean and the king size bed comfortable. Guests have a private entrance and access to the hosts' lovely garden. Tim and Barb are friendly, accommodating hosts. Although breakfast is not provided, the facilities allow simple food to be prepared if desired and there are several cafes and coffee shops within a short walking distance. Highly recommended.

The two owners are among the kindest people I’ve ever met. The room is gorgeous and very well-designed. You have everything you need. And the location is absolutely ideal for festival goers, as it’s within a very short walk to all the theatres. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to sit and relax in their beautiful garden.
