The door lock on the inside (like the padlock) was gone....you could see screw holes where it had been The drawers didn't stay shut and the backs of the remotes were gone. The inside of the room was clean however the halls looked like they haven't been vacuumed in awhile.

The common areas (hallways, stairs, breakfast room, lobby, outside) were a little dirty and not cleaned every day. A plan pot fell over outside and the dirt was there for 3 days. Dirt on the stairs and in the hallway was there for 3 days. The breakfast room tables could do with cleaning in between guests. It was disgusting by the time we went for breakfast. AC was ridiculously noisy, like a jet plane taking off. And the shower from the neighboring room woke us up every day. I would have give an extra point if they would pay attention to common area cleanliness.

We stayed here to visit family who live walking distance. I was worried about road noise but we couldn’t hear the road at all. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a much better experience than we anticipated.

The pipes in the hotel were insanely loud that could hear when anyone took a shower in the hotel. Not ideal for wanting to sleep in

The hotel is older but well taken care of and clean. The price seemed a little high but is on par with today’s hotel prices.

Breakfast was convenient. A selection of foods. Coffee was good. Location was perfect for my needs. The event I attended was very close by. Lots of choices for food. The room was clean and the staff were excellent.

I think it would be better if there are hooks in the bathroom door for clothes when go in for shower and for hanging the towels after shower.

TV had a snowy picture. The rooms are dated and the plumbing is noisy by times.

Breakfast was sufficient. Food was fresh and good coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and brought us a blanket and extra towels. They also made sure we had a taxi when needed. It was a bonus to have microwave and fridge in the room.

The flooring in the room was lifting. There was debris behind the toilet (although every other aspect of the housekeeping appeared to be exemplary). The door into our room wasn't hung properly so it was very difficult to open and close as it bound at the top of the door frame. The hotel is quite noisy - very little sound insulation. The Firestick TV system is very confusing to navigate, although staff quickly came to the room and walked us through the process. Breakfast was sparse...no bacon or sausage, just cold hardboiled eggs for protein. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

The staff were exceptional...very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and there was lots of hot water for showering.

Location. Very much a passing through overnight stop. One or two maintenance issues such as lighting by one side of the bed. Breakfast from 06:00 was a fairly basic continental one but all crockery, cutlery was disposable.

Budget priced hotel and the room was above expectation.

Pillows on the bed, were small for a king size bed and cheap, the kind you get in a hospital! towels are old.

It was clean , staff were friendly. The bed itself was comfortable.

The room was cleaned at. I would not say it was clean. When we came in there was a label off something with the price on it on the floor. It took time to find the garbage cans, only the one in the bathroom. The others were under the chairs and table near the window and it was not until we sat there and had a hard time getting into the chair did we fine them. The fridge was wipe at, but I would not say it was clean.

The breakfast was satisfactory, The coffee was not hot.
