Generally the exterior was not maintained well at all. When we stayed, early September, there were very few guests, and it was quiet. The parking situation with few guests, is great, but in summer, when it's full, street parking is sometimes necessary due to inadequate number of parking spots, thus we would not stay in summer. A great spot for off season, though!

The location right on the beach could not be beat. Our room was very clean and nice.

Amazing waterfront location. The beach is steps away from the room. Lots of seatings and tables in courtyard. Although the hotel was full, there are enough space for many. Good water pressure of the shower.

Run down. Not a lot of beach area. Had to turn A/C off for several hours so it wouldn’t break. Very tight parking.

I was disappointed that outside seating was dominated by the same groups everyday. We had to go over to the pubIic beach to enjoy the beach.

While being an older motel, everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Room was very quiet and well equipped. It is a great location if you have a boat.

Would've liked the ceiling fan to have been working in the living room as it was broken, but having at least a small fan did help. The pillows were too flimsy and there wasn't any extra's. Some of the blind panels were missing in the living room but we were not sleeping in there so it didn't affect us at night. Would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board and a blow dryer but we managed. We tried to go to the office to ask if any where available but the office was closed and we tried to call but no answer.

We stayed in Room #4 and would want that room again. The location was awesome. We loved the upgraded room and on the ground level. Everyone was very nice and friendly, It was quiet. We did alot of paddle boarding having the beach front was excellent. The room was clean and pleasant and we felt very safe.

Cosy little place with direct access to the lake. We could just get out of the room and right into the lake for a swim. The clientele was nice, mainly families. Also friendly and kind owners. There are plenty of places beside the lake with tables or sun chairs for the guest to sit in the shade and enjoy the view.

It was a bit warm and the room could have used a fan. There was one air conditioner in the main bedroom, but therefore that window could not be opened for a cross breeze. Other rooms may have been different.

The location was perfect. Nice little private beach, walkable to town and the main public beach. Simple room but sufficient, with a kitchenette well provided with pans, dishes, etc. including a coffee maker and kettle. The room was very clean, internet strong. From the outside, the motel could use some paint, but don't let that deter you. The rooms are updated and the grounds cared for; flowers in planters, the beach raked each day, good chairs and beach "toys" available, bbq on the patio. It is on the main road but was quite quiet after 9-10:00 p.m. when the traffic died down.

The TV channels were very limited and decor could be updated somewhat. The front wooden stairs need repair.

The Location is spectacular! Right on the beach with chairs and tables provided. Lovely walk along the shoreline pathway. Can walk to "town" in minutes to shop and eat.

Location was amazing. Easy to walk to everything. For being a motel we kept our expectation low but they were beyond exceeded. Courtyard and private beach make a great place to spend the day without ever needing to leave the property!

The parking was a bit of a challenge at times but the host was helpful. The exterior finishes look a bit tired.

I was on the lake side and it was amazing. Plenty of sun or shade. The room with its two bedrooms was spacious and clean. We walked into town every day.

There is some maintenance work that needs to be done but you can tell they are working on it and a recycle bin for plastics and paper in each room would be great.

Amazing little motel right on the Lake with lots of seating and BBQ's for guests to use. Very clean and spacious room(s) with comfortable beds. There was a bit of a mix up with checking in but Owner got us sorted right away and came and found us to bring our key and paperwork. Super nice fellow!! Our 2 bedroom suite was updated and had everything we needed and a there is a nice coffee shop next door.

All was well except the outside condition of the hotel was rundown. The rooms were in very good condition.
