We loved the location, quietly located on the lake shore. We enjoyed the kayaks and went for a 2 hour paddle to the island and saw a turtle. The BBQ was brilliant, and was lovely to cook and eat out. The gifts were a lovely touch and the host was super responsive to our needs. One night wasn’t enough, but better then nothing!

The apartment is clean, the owner left a lovely gift basket and the bathrobes were a nice touch. The location is good and I would consider returning in the summer to take advantage of the water activities.

Beautiful location, especially handy for going into wine country. The kayaks were wonderful as was being able to have a fire. Definitely worth the price. Kim the host is lovely and provides a whole host of local recommendations.

Description of the facilities was accurate - no surprises. Location was lovely, looking at the Bay of Quinte, and in a good spot for our travels. Lots of kitchen equipment to cook with, plus a BBQ. Having a second bathroom was convenient.

The location is excellent and Kim and her husband are great hosts! It's the little things that make this location really pleasant. From the welcome greeting to the fully furnished flat. And the view of the lake in the morning and evening is truly breathtaking. This is a place where we will visit again in the next few years and stay a little longer!

There was nothing we didn’t enjoy about this property.

This property had an awesome view. The fire pit looked out onto the lake and the accommodations were clean and roomy.The host’s attention to detail was excellent. We even had a welcome basket upon arrival. We are planning a second visit later in the fall.

We were greeted with a gift basket, themed for my friend’s 50th birthday… a special, personal touch! Kayaking was beautiful. We were surrounded by swans and water lilies. Beds were very comfy and everything smelled and looked clean.

We really liked the view the apartment was well laid out and very sound proof. The hosts gave us detailed information before our stay, so that we could make the most of it and knew what we needed to bring. They were accessible to ask questions and got back right away with the answers. We really appreciated that we had netflix and prime as well. Thanks so much! We loved our stay!

The stairs were a little challenging with my 91 yr old father but we managed. He loved the stay.

Kim was a great host, she made the booking easy & simple. She greeting you on arrival & the stay was very comfortable, peaceful & clean..home away from home. The scenery was amazing & you were greeted by swans daily. So beautiful, it was also close to many restaurants, shops etc.

We had a great time at Kim’s place, the location was beautiful. We loved being by the water, enjoyed kayaking and watching gorgeous sunsets from the dock. We arrived to a lovely basket of treats which was a really nice touch. The flat was very well equipped and had beautiful views. The bird life all around was amazing. You can't swim in the bay (not something I didn't like, I'm just pointing that out). However, there is the wonderful North Beach Provincial Park a short 20 min drive away.

The place faces Quinte Bay with beautiful views all day. It is clean and comfortable, feels like a home away from home. Also, there are kayaks to take out on the bay and various food trucks a short stroll away for some local adventure.

I cannot think of anything which we didn't like. It has been amazing experience.

The location of the property was very beautiful, by the lake with lot of swans. We really enjoyed the natural beauty. Kim, the host was very kind and helpful.
