Queen bed's need new mattress's and there should have been two pillows for each guest, the property needs maintenance outside and for the price we paid there should have been coffee/tea/hot chocolate available for the guests.

The water pressure Sunday morning was very low. Probably because check out was 10 am and everyone was showering after packing up to leave.

It is a beautiful location with an outdoor pool and a small community of cottages which was great because we went with extended family and we each had our own cottage.

The drain in the bathtub was very slow to drain and filled with water when taking a shower. Also the cottages could use some new mattresses, as you could feel the springs starting to pop out in several places. Other than that the cottages were absolutely perfect!

The cottages are in a perfect location, just minutes away from the beach and other attractions in Cavendish. We also loved the large field in the middle of all the cottages, the pool and fire pits. The cottages were clean and having air conditioning was a great bonus!

Had a fireplace but not allowed to use. Laundry was not easily available due to construction of new office Farther away from beach than expected you have to drive several km.

Cottage had all necessary appliances and utensils. Beds were comfortable. Cottage was clean. Staff was helpful

Very simple accommodation’s. Fireplace was not working. Kitchen supplies were lacking. Cooking pots etc were on the small side for a group of 4 adults, but they got the job done.

Our cottage was a 2 bedroom and for 4 people and there were only 2 lawn chairs on the deck. No paper towel. Cottage was clean but very outdated , the curtains bedspreads etc . Also I feel they should have firewood there to buy or at least provide a bundle by the fire pit at night

Ants were coming in the front area and dishwasher in kitchen. Never in back area with bedrooms or in our food. We killed 60-70 in 4 days. Window screens had rips so we could open up all the windows.

The pool was great and very nice field for kids to play. Beds were clean and comfortable.

We loved the little cottage by the sea especially for a first trip to PEI. The pool was good for the kids and we were so close to what we needed.

The bedrooms were hot for sleeping. It would have been nice to have firewood provided for the shared fire pit in the evenings.

There were just a few things missing that could have improved our stay. We spent 15 minutes cleaning the bbq. The toilet required repairs and we had to put smoke detector back on the ceiling. Our upgraded fireplace did not work. For cost of the accommodation we did anticipate a better equipped cottage. Overall a good stay.

Dirt and residue left on kitchen table. Walls in bathroom dirty, left over garbage under beds. Furniture had a bad smell, duct tape on fridge. Appliances old. The beds were horrible! They were all on wheels which could not lock, so would move when you went to get into bed and you could not sit up in bed and lean on wall without it rolling. Definitely NOT worth the money paid I went to use laundry which was not coin operated. I gave a $5 bill to a worker to use a machine. Took over 2 hours to dry the clothes and the staff locked me out of the laundry room.. I couldn't even collect my clothes until the next day.

We have a baby and a toddler so we’re very sensitive to little bits of trash being left around. There was broken glass (bathroom) and crumpled gum wrappers (bedroom) left on the floor. The dishwasher leaked water on the floor. There was only 1/4 roll toilet paper when we arrived. There were no paper towels or wash clothes for the dishes.

For the face cloth and towels we had to ask for some we were always running out of For the utility in the kitchen should be more stuff like for cooking especially pans

The location was perfect for the sites we wanted to see and for the kids that wanted to go to the parks
